Nov 07,2023I had source insurance for many years and never made a claim. one day I called them up to make a general enquiry and they said they can't find my details. They asked for my policy number which I gave to them and they said the policy number does not exist. The person I spoke with was totally unfriendly over the phone and was not able or willing to assist. Source insurance for many years did not encounter any difficulty taking my monthly direct debit but when I called them up for the general enquiry they said they can't find my details. Shocking indeed. Thank God I was not calling to make a claim. I will hesitate to recommend them
