Dec 25,2024I ordered Dec 6 for Christmas and never expected not to be able to receive my items in time. There was nothing on the site that said this wouldn’t make it!!! And the carrier isn’t anyone I’ve ever heard of and provides no updates as to where the package is. Handed off, at the airport, etc . I love the items and have ordered before and do not recall it taking this long. Highly disappointed!

Dec 25,2024They ship all the way from China takes 4 weeks for shipping from their website! And all their Amazon stocks suck, their material quality might be soft but it’s cheap and thin. Everything is made in China but don’t get ripped off by this brand.

Dec 25,2024Never said when to expect delivery, tracking provided is absolutely useless, no info provided, checks in and out of facility’s that have no names. This has scam written all over it! I have no idea if I will ever see my purchase. I will not recommend this company whether I receive my purchase or not. It’s a shame because they had nice stuff. I received my purchase and it is good quality and well made. Be patient with the lack of tracking info and just wait, you will be very pleased when your order arrives!

Dec 25,2024J'ai commandé au début du mois de décembre. On m'a demandé une nouvelle adresse de livraison quelques jours plus tard en raison de la grève de postes Canada. J'ai donné une adresse de livraison à Montréal mais mon colis n'est toujours pas envoyé. Je soupçonne un faux site web frauduleux.

Dec 25,2024Based on their response to my previous review. It's quite clear they aren't out to help/correct anything for anyone.. I clearly stated I don't even have a dog anymore, and they still proceed to say you can have a store credit. Valued at approximately 60$ CAN.(which I HAVE NO PURPOSE FOR) Instead of just covering the return. Oh, and after saying please let me know if there is anything we can do... they stopped replying to my emails. It's been 2 days now

Dec 24,2024Never received hoodies. Kept getting automated emails. No real person to resolve this. Bought hoodies to wear for Christmas was so excited. Received nothing, tomorrow is Christmas and post office closed now. I finally received my hoodies they came after Christmas. I do have to say the quality is exceptional. They did offer me money off on another one for my inconvenience. I do appreciate that they remained in contact with me the entire time and were very apologetic. I did order two more.

Dec 25,2024Il cappottino è carino ma purtroppo tempi lunghissimi per la consegna e è in oiu la taglia che mi hanno consigliato è troppo grande e al cane risulta scomodo dovrò farlo riprendere dal sarto per cercare di usarllo perché cambiare taglia è impensabile visti i tempi di consegna .
