Dec 23,2024The customer service was amazing with quick responses. The material is nice and strong. Not cheaply made. I would highly recommend them. I really appreciate being a first time dog owner and first time buy clothes having the option for 1 free exchanged to make sure I get the right size.

Dec 23,2024I've been waiting for over 30 days for my package to get here it's supposed to be 10 days delivery I get it it's the holidays I let it go Courier is saying they delivered the package I've been home for the last 3 days nobody's come here to deliver no package then arguing with customer service they're saying that it's nothing they can do they don't want to give me all my money this that and the other it's ridiculous running around don't waste your time energy or money it's not worth it by American made!

Dec 23,2024Spark Paws website was very well designed, they had a great size chart to figure out the jacket size to dog size, the prices are reasonable, surprisingly my order was made in 1 day & shipped 4 days before Christmas! We are excited about getting our Rottweiler Carley her new puffer jacket!! It’s Eagles green @ I have an Eagles patch to officially make an Philadelphia Eagles team jacket for her😊

Dec 23,2024It’s been weeks items still haven’t arrived tracking is days off where is my order even at never ordering product from a foreign company again what a joke Update 1/3/2025 costumer service contacted me & offered me a full refund for my order for the inconvenience of it being so late & assured me that the order was still moving through shipping well it finally showed up after Christmas which was to late anyway & I still haven't seen that refund they said I was getting

Dec 23,2024I still have not received my dog’s clothes. spark paws chose a shipper that did not deliver to any of the addresses I have them. They blame the postal strike but other companies were able to select couriers which delivered to my address - not a difficult once and is in a town. Instead of taking responsibility for choosing this courier they just kept saying it was due to the postal strike- companies have the power and authority to choose who ships their products. I will never purchase anything from them again - this is my dog’s first Christmas and I am very frustrated his gifts will not arrive in time for Christmas

Update: Customer service has offered to refund the purchase price and still deliver the product in transit to make up for the month long plus delay in receiving the order. We still don't have it and it is listed as still with the shipper.
