DO NOT order from these guys. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been waiting for my Christmas order since mid-November. I ordered Christmas pants to match my dog on Nov 11. They arrived on the 22nd, and I immediately emailed requesting an exchange that day because they were way too big. I requested this exchange immediately to ensure the item would be here early enough to do photos in them with my dog and the other members of my family who already had their matching items, and to be able to enjoy them for the Christmas season. It took 5 days and several messages to get a response from them at all. They finally sent me a shipping label and I shipped the pants back to them immediately. 10 DAYS LATER I got an email saying the exchange pants were finally shipped to me. It is now Dec 27th and I have not received the pants. I emailed the company and in their response (in which they called me the wrong name) they just chalked it up to holiday delays and told me to keep waiting. I understand holidays delays, but this is beyond that. Their tracking link shows the pants were sent from China so had to go through customs, etc. Clearly, they knew that was the case, but did they ever inform me of this process that would likely be lengthy, even when I asked before exchanging if it would be quick because I needed them in time for family photos? Nope. Instead they implied the return would be quick, or, at the very least, done in a reasonable time frame and definitely arrive before Christmas. Their tracking link just keeps saying the same thing, that it's been "handed to last-mile" and is "in transit." It's been saying that for days. Man, that's a loooong last mile. So I asked for a refund, which they completely ignored in their reply. I asked again, and they sent me a $10 off gift certificate. WTF. I don't want a $10 gift card. For that to have any benefit to me, I would have to use it, and to use it would require me to spend even MORE money with them. That is a bold thing to ask of me after this experience. Bold and insulting. And really bad customer service. I've rarely left negative reviews for any company, but their handling of this and their poor, (and at times curt/rude) communication with me has been awful. Their products are cool, but not if they never arrive. And not if the company won't own up to their errors/mistakes/bad handling of a situation.

No where does it say this comes from China. I would have never placed my order. It's been 14 days and tracking stopped on the 23rd. It's still in China. I'll give you 5 more days then I'll reverse the charges

I ordered multiple items to donate to pit bulls in need and matching pajamas for Christmas photos with my dog on 11/27/24. My items have been stuck in China. Read their Better Business Bureau reviews. They are scamming people left and right! Contacted by bank and the refunded me since the company wouldn’t.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Waiting almost 30 days for my order. Sent numerous messages and have not receive one single reply. Horrible company! Horrible customer service! Fail!!!

I ordered matching hoodies for my husband and pug for Christmas and they were PERFECT. The quality is fantastic - feels really soft and cozy. I will definitely be ordering more in the future and couldn't recommend them enough!!!

I ordered a gift for my brother for Christmas on December 7th. I received it on January 3. Initially customer service offered a $10 voucher and no tracking. They initiated another response and were more on top of it, customer service wise and helped navigate shipping. Sad it didn’t arrive by Christmas, but I will say now that I received it, the quality is wonderful. So soft and well made. I was unaware of the “spark paws” logo on the front, because I don’t remember seeing them on the listing, but overall good quality!

A cool dog hoodie was the Christmas gift for our senior dog. He definitely loves it! He is happy to dress up and taking naps on the sofa wearing his cute hoodie. ❤️ I contacted the customer service to choose the right size, I got super friendly and quick help. The hoodie looks beautiful and the material is good quality. I can highly recommend Spark Paws!

Trash. They lost my package in the mail. Now they want me to call the courier and track it through them. Been over a month. Ridiculous cheap china bs. Issue my refund now

My order was lost in transit. Frustratingly, it did get to my local courier but they couldn't find the parcel - obviously not Spark Paws fault. But I wish after 8 days and no tracking updates that this was handled swiftly, instead of being reassured it would arrive in time for Christmas. Was offered $5 as a goodwill gesture, when asked for this in £'s told they only do $ which... For less than £4 I wasn't really interested and declined. They still sent it me if course 🙃 Ultimately, after 2 weeks they admitted it was lost and asked if I wanted a replacement (for comparison, the company I work for will act on missing parcels after 48hrs of no tracking updates). It would be too late for Christmas but thought I could at least enjoy them for next Christmas, alas the items I bought were out of stock now. I probably won't purchase again. I know parcels can get lost from time to time but it's how you deal with the problem that matters and this didn't give me all that much confidence.

I ordered a set on 12/13/24 and am still waiting for this to be delivered to me. I have contacted the company and there response is from a Robo center. Very unhappy with them at this point and ready to take action to get a refund/stop payment. This was a Christmas gift very disappointed. Elizabeth Cobb

It’s been 20 days and I still haven’t received it. When I ordered there was no hint that it would take this long to receive. It was a gift and I missed both Xmas and her bday. And I ordered three weeks ahead

I ordered on december 4th. The website says order by the 9th for arrival by Christmas. It’s dec 27th and I still haven’t received my item. Customer service has been awful. They keep telling me arrive by dates and information that’s incorrect. They offered me a $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience- can’t buy anything on their website for that and I’m not going to be giving them any more money. I asked for a refund because I had to buy a different Christmas gift since their product never arrived and they refused. I’m not convinced they’re a real company at this point. We’ll see if I ever get what I ordered….

The sweatshirts I ordered were loved and worn as soon as they got them. The customer service was extremely helpful with sizing.

I strongly advise against purchasing products from the Sparkpawswebsite. To begin with, they recommend completely random clothing sizes. I followed their guidelines which indicated an XXXL for a Labrador, and in fact, comparing the raincoat I ordered with the Hurtta raincoat I had been using for at least 12 years, the sizes did not match, in fact half of the dog's back was covered. No problem, I ask for a return and I am informed that I have 2 options: either donate 50 euros of raincoat to a local kennel (I imagine that in a kennel it could be more useless than a 50 euro raincoat to me) Otherwise I could have made the return MY EXPECTATIONS... unfortunately I bought the raincoat in a hurry and I did not stop to think about shipping and returns but I think it is the first time in many years of online purchases of any kind and from any part of the world that there is a shop with returns IN EUROPE that does not offer free returns, I would have understood if it had been outside Europe, but I made the return by shipping to Germany.
