Dec 23,2024Love the softness of your products. The sizing chart for our dog worked out ok. But, the sizing chart for myself not so! Mind you my wife’s ok with it as she now has a new Syed hoodie that matches our puppies. I’ll be reordering in hopes the next size up works for me.

Dec 23,2024I placed an order December 7, and I received an email December 9 that the order was shipping out. Not once did the website ever mention that the orders shipped directly from China. It also was very misleading when it came to the shipping. It only gave me the option of free shipping since I placed an order above the limit, and did not give any other shipping options like expedited shipping. It is now December 22 and I still do not have my merchandise. Also, the very sketchy tracking information has not been updated since December 17. I ordered matching Christmas pajamas for myself and my pup. I have emailed customer service that is basically useless. I’ve requested a refund that they refuse to give me. I leave out of town tomorrow, which is December 23. They told me that the order can arrive on December 25. How is the order going to arrive Christmas Day when everything is closed? Again this is coming directly from China. And again, I ordered CHRISTMAS pajamas. If I would have seen this was overseas on the website or they would have advertised the shipping timeframe, I would’ve kept my $70 and not have ordered. They told me that I can return the order once I receive it, but I will have to pay for the shipping all the way back to China. I am highly upset and I am putting in a dispute with my bank.

Dec 23,2024Order hasn't been received yet but my dog didn't mind. It did arrive. Great and love every piece of clothing. This is my second time ordering and I also love the Jammies. Everything is high quality. No issues with seams or closures. I'll be ordering again. Thank you

Dec 23,2024My dog that wore boots all summer HATES these winter boots. Additionally, it took 3 weeks for the items to arrive. One of the items needed a size exchange, so here we are over a month and a half post-order with still no jacket. Probably the last time I order from here. But at least they look like they did on the website.
