She wears the hoodies, the pajamas, the fleeces, a coat, and one of the sun shirts, and I am always sending my friends the link to the website so they can clothe their dogs, too. I just put in a big order for my mother-in-law's dogs. Reliable, perfect sizing, great customer service, sturdy and cute clothes!

Dec 22,2024I had to return an item due to the size being too small. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours they had responded and got my item exchanged and shipped out! They even told me to keep the other item and donate it! All in all my experience with sparkpaw has been great! Will be ordering from them in the future.

Dec 22,2024I previously wrote a review based on long shipping times. The company reached out to me and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate their efforts and support. They earned a five star review for service after the sale. I write a lot of reviews and have never updated one to increase my rating. There were obviously some challenges and backlogs caused by the holiday shipping bottleneck. This company communicated with me right away and took care of it. After reviewing some of the other reviews, I’m glad they reached out. It appears that my experience with shipping time is a one off and this is a good company whose products have created a reputable brand and many happy pet parents.

Dec 22,2024Chesca answered my email so quickly and was so nice in saying that we could gift the wrong items to a dog shelter this is where they are going! I know that is probably the policy but it was so nice to hear. Chesca is helpful and lovely, I could feel the warmth in her email, it wasn't a chore to actually what was needed rather than just giving lip service and doing nothing.

Dec 22,2024Amazing experience on all purchases thus far. Multiple hoodies, for our Yorkie when he was baby and now as a 1+ year old. He not only looks handsome, but seems so comfortable. He had an issue with sizing on an order but the team at Sparkpaws were quick to resolve the problem. We also have 2 matching hoodies for me and my wife and we love them, great quality, style and prices. I'd say thr quality for both dog and people sweaters are phenomenal, especially at the prices.
