Dec 22,2024You need to be honest about shipping and RECEIVING times. Winter will be over before I recieve my orders. I love the quality, I have ordered before, but it has never taken this long to receive my orders.

Dec 22,2024I was very disappointed with the return policy. I didn’t like the fact that my order was not what I expected. I send back 3 hoodies and an ear covering and I will get back 2 hoodies one ear covering and one hat that I didn’t order. If they have the time to read the emails. I wanted the checkered hoodie and they send me a hat for a 100 pounds dog… my fog is 30 pounds. I will never buy again.

Dec 22,2024Delivery was slow and not in time for Christmas, but when the product did finally arrive the quality was really nice. If you need it by a certain date, be sure to give yourself plenty of time.

Dec 22,2024had some issues as I did not realize long delivery time & when receiving items they did not fit. Spark Paws customer service has handled my issues quickly and are currently shipping me replacements that should fit. The quality of the items is exceptional & I will probably order again.

Dec 22,2024I absolutely love this sweatshirt for my Gonzo. The material is of high quality, the colors are vibrant and the fitting chart was accurate. I did get a size bigger just for a little wiggle room. I will purchase from Spark Paws again.

Dec 22,2024Total scam, ordered matching hoodies, both were too small. Tried to return them and they told me i had to pay postage back to China and a re stocking fee of £7 per item. On there web site i specifically says first order is free to return if size wrong no questions asked. Stay away from this company! Don't trust reviews on there site as they are all fake as leaving a review isn't possible!
