Dec 22,2024They do not honor their return/refund policy. I purchased a hoodie and dog pajama, and my pup would not wear the pajama. My items arrived on Dec. 20 & their "Seasonal Return Policy" states the deadline for all returns for full refund is Dec 20th. I emailed customer service notifying them I did not receive my items before their deadline and they refused to provide a refund!! False advertising on refunds! They wanted to give me a gift card and I declined. Horrible customer service and policies. Would not purchase from again. Second, these products ship from China. It will take 2-3 weeks before you receive your order.

The shipping took forever, I received my product on the 19th, sizing was HORRIBLE, went to ask for a refund and they said they can't refund Christmas PJ's after the 20th even though I just received the product the day before. Now I'm stuck with expensive pj's that I can't even put on my dog because they refuse to refund and are just telling me to exchange it for something else that I don't want. Waste of money. Horrible customer service.

Dec 22,2024I ordered this on December 2nd, said 10-13 day shipping time. Now it is 19 days past order date and it keeps saying in transit to next destination. No description of where the next destination is. An expected delivery date nothing.

The doggy sweater I purchased for my American Bully was to small, however, a swift response from customer service turned into such an easy, seeming less exchange. Dec 21,2024I am a repeat customer! I purchased 4 hoodies! .A matching set for me and my dog and another one for him and one for my moms dog. Good quality and I had an issue with the size and mistakenly got a size bigger and customer service went above and beyond to take care of me. Will continue to be a customer and highly recommend! Shipping is kind of long as it is coming from China. Just be aware :)
