Dec 21,2024When looking at the email and website it appears the company is based out of Canada. However, the merch is shipped from China. I would not have ordered from them had I known and recent looking on their FB page, it appears there are a significant amount of customers who never receive their product- or it’s delivered months later. Mine has been in a warehouse in China for 3 days

Dec 21,2024I sent an email with 10 minutes of placing my order asking for a cancelation and it has been ignored. My product will not be here on time and I did not know that til I placed the order and had paid for it already.

Dec 21,2024Over two weeks to fulfill a gift card order. Doesn’t reply to email requests for status. Only replies if you comment in Facebook, and then it’s his Messenger in the middle of the night. Doesn’t bother to respond until you tell them you’re going to dispute the charge. No confidence that using the gift card will be worth the frustration.

Dec 21,2024There is nothing special here. The experience was alright but not extraordinary. No knowledge on when I’ll receive my items. The only thing I loved was the fact that you can search by breed to get a size.

Dec 21,2024Ordered several items for 2 dogs. I used the customer service to help choose the correct sizes. After several weeks, I was so excited that the items got here before xmas. However, the items were too big for my dogs (3X & 4X) because it would take several weeks to return/exchange I'm stuck trying to fix them to make them fit. Materials are good quality but the fit is not as advertised. Maybe offer more customized sizing? Others have said they run small, maybe the smaller sizes but definitely not the larger sizes.

Dec 21,2024Their site says “ Orders after Dec 9 may not arrive before XMAS”. Understandable. It’s also says shipping to US is 6-12 business days. It’s been 15 business days and it hasn’t even left China. I’m frustrated because this was a rather expensive order considering I didn’t offer during the current sale, my dog needs new quality sweaters, and this was supposed to arrive in time for Christmas. I reached out to support on the 19th when I noticed it hadn’t arrived in the US yet, and was assured my order was set to arrive on The 20th (the following day). It’s now the 21st and it still has yet to leave China or even update shipping updates. I want to love the sweaters, but so far this has not been a great experience.
