Buyer beware!!!! I ordered stools, color was off. Returned them, they supplied return shipping label for UPS. I then received a bill from UPS. I contacted spreetail about the issue and they said they would only refund shipping cost if it was sent back FedEx. Never mentioned that part. Very deceptive company They responded that Amazon would refund my money and I had already tried that route. Both are saying the other is responsible. But I have never had to pay for a return from Amazon. Spreetail sent the return label, they should take the responsibility
Purchased storage boxes on Amazon through Spreetail and they arrived broken. Returned the product via royal mail at own expense with tracking ID fixed to the outside of the packaging and returns receipt inside the box. Contacted spreetail over a month later only to be told that the parcel did not have the tracking ID attached and so no refund would be issued. Clearly the defective items have been received if they are claiming (falsely) that no tracking ID was attached. Can only conclude that this company is scamming customers, watch out!!!
WARNING! Don’t buy anything from this company. Amazon uses them. They are a scam. I returned a fire pit that I decided was too big for my needs. I never opened the box. When they get it, they only return half my money because they said it was returned used. What scammers.
I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from this seller. The blow-up mattress started leaking after just a year of light use, making it completely useless. When I reached out for assistance, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to offer any real support since the warranty had expired. A quality product should last longer, and a reliable seller should stand behind what they sell. Leaving this review here because I tried leaving a review for the seller on the website I purchased the product from but kept getting a “we can’t verify you purchased from this seller” message. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again and suggest others look elsewhere for better products and customer care.
Where is the 0 Star? This company is not worth buying from. Awful experience working with them. They respond on reviews like this, with words of “we care and want to help but then do absolutely nothing.. it’s all lip service and only to look like they care. NECER BUY FEOM THESE GUYS. Look they have 1.7 star rating. Nobody likes them.
Terrible company! After they sent me the wrong colored electric bike, we tried to return it. Even though Spreetail agreed they had the wrong description and agreed it was thier fault, I struggled to get anywhere with them. Finally after a bunch of emails they agreed to pay for shipping the product back. We shipped it back a couple days ago and received an email today saying it was not in new condition anymore!! We didn’t even pull it out of the original packaging, we opened the box and realized it was red and not tan so there was no need to pull it out. After investigating a little more, Soreetail emailed me that bad news at 2:50 pm.. so I checked the tracking and they didn’t receive the package until about 5:30 pm, this is so wrong in so many ways.. they lied so they could charge me a re-stocking fee and only give me back $48 of the almost $600 we spent with them!!! UPDATE: Spreetail writes that they are sorry and has sent me another email(as yoo can see from thier correspondence here). Here is another horrible response from them. “ Hello, We really do apologize but we only have the information that comes from our returns team that confirms the state of the item that was sent back. Our Returns Team confirmed that the item was returned showing signs of use or in a condition that prevents the item being resold, and the restock fee will remain per Amazon’s policies. Bought an expensive large dehumidifier and failed after 10 months seller offered zero help not happy with this company and looking at the reviews here it appears they sell junk
I would never recommend purchasing from this company. I made a purchase with them, the item was stolen during delivery. Company responded with generic messages stating the item was delivered and I needed to wait 48 hours to see if the "lost" delivery was located. Item was not lost, it was delivered and a porch pirate stoled it. Company will not issue a replacement or refund, instead tells me to have Amazon resolve it, after Amazon told me I must reach out to the seller. Company is horrible, I should have read reviews before ordering. It appears based on the reviews this Company does not resolve anything. Do yourself a favor do not buy from them.
Edit (12/2/2024): Received an e-mail following up with the situation, expecting that I'd finally just have to return the charger, to my delight, they notified me that they've just gone ahead and refunded the entire purchase. Original Review (11/12/2024): We purchased a Chargepoint EV charger from their Amazon page a mere few months ago, they're incredibly expensive to install, and unfortunately, my dad, who this charger was intended for, suffered a heart attack soon after. We've not had this installed, nor has it been taken out of the box, seller is outright refusing to work with us on a return, even as a courtesy. Very egregious seller, take your business elsewhere.
Highly NOT recommended to work here. They have great sales per annum, but they treat employees like trash. No annual increase, lack of benefits. There are some good agents who handle calls well, but overall this company was built to earn, not provide good service.
******UPDATE***** Still no reply from them as stated in their reply that they did. Ordered fencing, nightmare from day 1. Fencing received damaged. They promised 2 price reductions, received one, received part of the 2nd. Replacement fencing again received damaged. Reported it, no offer to replace. They finally sent an email stating they would give a full refund, havent seen this either. Did go ahead and salvaged what was usable, because by then we needed to use it. Ordered on 8/27/24 and still trying to get this resolved, with no luck
Ordered a set of hand weights and rack through Target and a week and a half after the stated delivery date, never received the item. Spreetail was the seller and shipper. According to the FedEx shipping info., the shipment was stalled halfway through the process with no more information available. Had I read the reviews here, I never would have ordered these items knowing that Spreetail was the shipper. They seem like a very untrustworthy, scummy operation. I appreciate that Target refunded my money.
I placed an order on Amazon for a Pilates Reformer and the very same day I realized it wasn't the one I actually thought it was, so I requested with Amazon to cancel the order. I received a message from the 3rd party company Spreetail that they received my cancelation request and that the Pilates reformer was still in the warehouse and i will receive my refund in 3-6 business days. It is now one and a half months later and I still have not received my refund of $600.00 plus... I have reached out to Amazon multiple times to check on my refund and each time they told me that I'd be receiving the refund in the next 7-10 days, if not from Spreetail then from Amazon. Nope, Ive never received any refund. I called Amazon today and was able to have a Supervisor check into the situation and after over an hour phone call with Amazon trying to contact Spreetail for answers they finally told me to dispute the charges and sent me a full report via email that Spreetail promised a refund and has never fulfilled that and that I "the customer" never even received the product. Amazon also asked me to report this seller on to Amazon reports about sellers because the more reports they receive then Amazon will cancel them from being able to sell on Amazons page!!! Terrible and Disgusting management behind Spreetail! I encourage whomever is reading my review to also go check out all the revies on Spreetail and you will see how they are scamming customers left and right
I had ordered a Clam screen shelter through Wayfair. An incorrect item was sent to me. Wayfair was willing to have me return the incorrect item. However, after multiple times of reordering, the wrong product continued to arrive. I tried to explain what the problem was but Wayfair was unable/unwilling to solve the problem. I was eventually connected with a Customer Experience Manager at Spreetail as they were the supplier of the item. He took the time to investigate exactly what was going wrong with the order (an item had been incorrectly advertized) and work diligently and swiftly to right the wrong. He also followed up to ensure that I was satisfied. I have seen poor reviews of Spreetail. I can honestly say they provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to order a product in future that was supplied through Spreetail.
We bought pool through Walmart app; it clearly says "free 30-day return" on the same page where the pool is advertised (I have a snapshot of the page); no link to details or exceptions. When I asked them to return it, they said I have to pay the shipping fees! Unfortunately, Walmart also said it is up to this company to provide full free return or not, and unfortunately, they did not! The product add is very misleading! It should be clearly stated that if I return the item I should pay for the shipping, especially if the cost is above $270!! I do not like returning items at all and I have done it only infrequently, and every single time I had to do, I never payed for the return shipping. I will never buy from this company again.
Ordered gym equipment from Walmart. 2 out of 3 boxes arrived via Fed Ex undamaged. The last box never arrived…kept waiting…contacted Walmart and they transferred me to Spreetail. Spreetail sent me the missing box that was extremely damaged. Obviously parts of the gym equipment missing. Contacted Spreetail again and they sent another box and this one also damaged and missing parts. Started a return and they sent me Fed Ex code to print. I took it to Fed Ex and since locally owned could not print it due to Walmart proprietary reasons. So I called Spreetail to ask for a label that I could print. Spreetail said Fed Ex cannot pick up the returned equipment because over 150#. So now I must wait for another 24-48 hours for an email from Spreetail for pickup by freight. I will never ever purchase another item that is shipped by Spreetail. Walmart will not refund my $ equipment until the damaged equipment is returned. I have zero faith that the junk Walmart equipment will ever be picked up. I recommend not ordering through Walmart if Spreetail is the deliverer. This situation has been going on for over a month. 07/31/2024 Spreetail is a 3rd party through Walmart Marketplace. Walmart will not be refunding my money, it will be Spreetail. Spreetail sent me a message, but I do not have a reference number in order to respond. It says my review will be removed if I do not respond. 07/31/2024 R&L just picked up the three boxes on a pallet that I had to supply. Hopeful that I will receive… Fed Ex just sent the same labels that I am unable to print even after I explained that I could not print, plus I was told by the carrier that the equipment too heavy for Fed Ex to pick up. If I had not been proactive, Fed Ex would have shown up and then not be able to pick up the equipment. People need to do their jobs correctly.
I bought a best way pool from this company for my little girl who has special needs. The pool was leaking and they refused to replace or refund me. One upset little girl. Do not buy from this company
I ordered smoker pellets on June 1, still haven’t arrived and Amazon is no help getting a refund. Unfortunately, by the looks of the reviews on here, I might be out my $33!

Feb 23,2025This company sold me a used kayak stating it was new. The description stated the box had been opened but the product was new. This was a total lie. The kayak was VERY VERY used. There was a boat permit still attached, and the paddles and fin are significantly scraped up from multiple uses. They are nearly unusable. It is NOT acceptable to sell a kayak in this condition without making it very clear it is used and nowhere near new. It was used MANY times and was extremely damaged. I contacted the company with these concerns, and they refused to rectify the situation, and refused a refund or replacement. This company didn’t even check to see if this returned kayak was sellable or still operable. They just resold it without looking. Had anyone checked, they would see this kayak is in terrible condition and should never have been resold. I plan to report their poor consumer practices on Trustpilot and other sites as this company does bad business, and they do not care at all about providing quality customer service when they fail to provide a quality product. Shame on SPREETAIL for selling any products in this condition.
