Jun 23,2020Purchased an item that was unable to be shipped to California without an additional part. Their customer service emailed me days later and gave me 2 options, (1)send me the additional part at no additional cost or (2) refund my money. I took option 1 immediately and got a reply days later that they could not honor their offer and wanted to charge an additional $100 on my card. Customer service is trash along with their descriptions, at the bottom of their emails it states customer satisfaction is their priority, they obviously have a very unique way of showing this. Save yourself your time and a headache and avoid these guys at all cost.

Jun 21,2020DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pool that was supposed to come with sand filter and pump. They refused to Send me my items or refund me. I was over the 30 day mark by 10 days. I didn’t realize this was missing until we were putting pool together! I spent a lot of money on my pool and now have to come up with more money for a pump and filter I already paid for!

Jun 20,2020Oh no. I'm afraid I should have read more reviews before buying from these people and now fear I'm in the middle of the same boat. I ordered a 12x24 summer waves pool. Had the yard excavated to fit that. Then I recieved an 18' round off brand pool. So of course this won't fit. I contacted VM Express, and after a few days they finally responded saying to send it back for the refund. They wanted me to haul a 250lb package to UPS and pay the shipping (around $200!) So I said no, that's ridiculous they made the mistake and they need to pick it up and pay the shipping. They seemingly agreed, but then never arranged a pickup. I keep emailing and calling, I get a busy tone or email response saying they need my personal email address to arrange pickup SHADY! We are now nearly 3 weeks in, no pool, no refund to buy a pool from a more reputable vendor, and heartbroken kids.

Jun 19,2020I placed a order june 16th with a guarenteed delivery for june 18th. Its now June 18th and the shipping company is telling me my my package hasn't even been dropped off. I now have to postpone my trip to wait for a package that was supposed to be here today ! It was a gift. I ordered it from them because they had the 2 day delivery option. A order i placed with another company AFTER them is already shipped and on its way yet my tracking with this order has not even moved. Only a label created. Its ridiculous.

Jun 18,2020I bought a 15' by 48" bestway pool on June 11th. recieved the pool on June 15th. I couldn't find one anywhere that was reasonably priced. So I was happy to find one on new egg.com sent by vm express. Fast shipping. It was just the pool and frame but that was stated before I purchased. Thank you! You guys saved our summer! I was worried when I read all the horrible reviews. My experience went well.

Jun 18,2020On June 10th 2020 I purchased a Excursion 5 boat and a motor mount from VM Express. They only delivered the mode amount I did not receive my boat. I have called them numerously and I have emailed them Half the time you can't get through to them on the phone and they don't answer emails. I called FedEx to see if they had my boat with my order number and they said they had the shipping label but the company never sent them the boat. I have now asked eBay for help and they will investigate !! My next step is calling the better business bureau.!! 249.00 of them taking my money out of my account is no joke !!!😠 I am not done dealing with this and today is June 17th and was promised my boat three days ago!! Now I tried to call them and it hangs up on me !! Please do not order anything from this so called Company !! I will get results because I might just call new 7 next !!

Jun 17,2020I purchased the pool and the vacuum on 6/10/2020 and paid through PayPal. I read some of the negative reviews. But, since PayPal has always refunded us, if an order is not received in the rare times it has happened with other companies, I threw caution to the wind and clicked "buy". The pool actually shipped the next day, although not unexpectedly took longer to get here, and the vacuum a day later. I received the vacuum on 6/13/2020 and the pool on 6/15/2020. There was no need to call customer service because I was getting constant updates with the tracking numbers they sent out immediately after my order. I've set both up, they work perfectly and exactly what I ordered. We are all very excited. For my experience only, I got a great price on something that can be hard to find at the moment. We thank you and will have no problem buying again from you in the future. I felt because of all the negative experiences I have read, I felt the need to explain ours was flawless. FWIW

Jun 16,2020As of 6/30/220 VM Express through eBay stated they sent the shipment with the original tracking number, which still has not shown up. I am very disappointed and have requested a refund. Purchased a trampoline through VMexpress and we received two of three boxes (box 2 and 3). Have called and emailed several times that we need box 1 in order to build the trampoline. We received another box 3 yesterday and upon calling they said there was not a box 1 available, which makes no sense when the same trampoline without the volleyball and basketball items is listed available on their website and amazon. All I am asking VM is to send us box 1. What else do I need to do?

Jun 16,2020They listed an item for sale that they didnt have available. A few hours later they cancelled my order because they had no inventory. Why was it listed then? They even charged me already so I batter get a refund! I'm worried because I have a feeling this was just a cover to get my credit card number to use maliciously. Now I have to check my credit card often and very closely for suspicious activity.

Jun 16,2020I was hesitant after all the bad reviews however I had a very positive one. It (an 18ft by 4ft above ground swimming pool) did take longer than 2 days to ship and it wasn't sent the same day as advertised however it did come within 5-7 business days which I would expect since it had to come freight due to the weight so their wording could be better so people understand it may take longer. The price was a little high, however pools are very scarce right now and it appears the ones you can find are going for about that or higher. Plus it did come with everything included (ladder, cover, pump with cartridges) which alone would of cost around $300 just for that stuff. All in all I'm happy with the product and R&L shipping.

Jun 14,2020How are these people still in business?!? Liars, thieves and crooks. They sell stuff they don't have, then if you try to get refund, they ask you to return the item you never received. Their con on most items is based on you returning the item at 50% the value you paid regardless of the situation. They skim enough money off consumers not to care These people are parasites and need to be eliminated! No communication. No information. No class at all. Avoid this seller at all costs!

Jun 12,2020Absolutely hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a hot tub. Less than a half hour after purchasing I sent an email requesting to cancel my order. The next day, I received an email back stating it was to late to cancel because the hot tub already shipped. That was on Sunday, it is now Friday and according to my account the hit tub is still in their warehouse. Their website says same day fast and free shipping, yet 5 days later its still in their warehouse and I can't cancel my order. They will not answer the phone and it takes days for them to email me back. I would gladly pay more somewhere else for better customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far, away from this company.

Picture on VM's site showed a pool and description showed pool pump and cover. Only thing missing was the comma. Misleading!

Jun 12,2020Once again I am being duped. I got a message that there was a mixup with my first order and they had corrected that and my spa was being shipped. I was also told my expedited shipping fee I paid had been refunded. There is no credit on my cc and Fedex once again has a tracking number but have not received the package to ship. Please STOP lying to your customers. At this point I cannot believe a word you say.

Jun 11,2020Ordered a pool through Walmart, waited 2 weeks for this, the day before it was to be delivered the order canceled. The price of the pool went from 1100.00 to over 1700.00 in that 2 weeks. I had 500.00 worth of sand delivered and bought 400.00 worth of pool stuff to go with this pool. After this I'll never shop a Walmart ever again.....smh....how can they do this to people????

Jun 11,2020If I could give a 0 stars I would ! I ordered a 12ftby 24ft by 52 in over 2 wks ago. Hadn’t received an email with tracking. Showed processing order then the day before item is supposed to arrive and 300$ to level my yard for the pool my order is canceled’! What kind of company does this! No offer of assistance no replacement offered nothing. Will be contacting lawyer and better business bureau first thing tomorrow. Poor customer service. Run as fast as you can

Not only was VMInnovations the only affordable source I could find for either item, but their shipping and tracking service proved efficient and correct. We are greatly enjoying our purchases.
