Jun 10,2020I ordered a pool 4 days ago, Order# 002-2562789762. I have sent various emails in regards to why it still shows in warehouse, and no one has replied to my emails. Prior to ordering, I called customer service and was able to get through after a 20 min wait. I was guaranteed that this company was legit and that all I had to do was order online, stating it showed 130 pools in their Tx warehouse. Now I call and it’s just a busy tone and I’m freaking out . I am about to report this company to the Better Business Bureau... Where is my pool ???

Jun 10,2020This company is a scam. I ordered a product from them and they cancelled my order because they were "out of stock". I found the same exact product for near $200 more at their website. I reordered the item, and 10 days later received a very different cheap product that costs at least $350 less. I was offered $150 refund to keep the wrong product. Even with the refund they still made over 200% profit. There was never any mentioned about sending the right product that I paid for.

Jun 09,2020I ordered a swimming pool 1 week ago. As per their bs promise to ship in 3 to 4 days it's going to two weeks now. No idea when they're shipping my pool .Trying to contact them they don't even reply and has no call back number. The worst service ever do not do any business with them.

Jun 09,2020Placed an order on May 31 and received shipping information that same day. Here it is June 9 and I still have not received my item nor has it made any movement in shipping. I tried calling VM innovations and get a busy signal, a message saying we’re closed, or message telling me to use email. I have placed a complaint with Walmart who I ordered the product through. I really want my pool vacuum, I’ve ordered from this company before and had no issues.

Jun 09,2020I ordered an intex 18x52 pool, ladder, pump, and cleaning kit from them on June 4, 2020. Well I received the cleaning kit yesterday. No, idea if they are sending the pool out separately, considering I never received another tracking code or anything. I've sent multiple emails as well as called, only to receive a busy/disconnected sound. I am utterly disappointed, as we bought the pool inorder to have it setup for our daughter's birthday party this weekend.

Jun 09,2020I purchased a 15' intex pool that arrived on time. I need to return it and the box is not even opened. I have sent several emails back and forth and they just keep giving me the runaround and asking me the same questions over and over. I have reached out to walmart.com and that is a nightmare trying to get any answers as well. I want this pool gone and my money back. Horrible company!! I wish I knew before I purchased.

This is a very depressing vendor scamming locked up families trying to get some source of happiness in this challenging times. But instead of a 2,000$ pool I get stress and aggravation. I hope this business closes down.

Jun 07,2020ILLEGAL PRICE GOUGING!! I purchased an item June 2, 2020 money taken out of my bank account, then June 3 Target VM Express (a.k.a. VM Innovations) canceled the order and returned my money, then the price for the same item (under a slightly different title, same product #) displayed on-site with an increased price of 300%. Currently, I have reported to AG & BBB and Target.

Jun 07,2020Awful company. I ordered a 10 ' x 33" intex pool. They shipped me a box that only contained 6 little filters for the pump. No pool. Won't respond through ebay. I requested a refund. Now I have to wait. This "company" sells via walmart.com, eBay, Amazon and other online shopping sites. They are ubiquitous. They are also terrible.

Jun 06,2020I purchased an item from this company that advertised two day shipping for that specific item. They chose Fedex ground, it's been two weeks, and I still don't have my item. I have contacted Fedex several times to find out why my delivery date continues to change and the only thing they can tell me is that due to the restrictions set by the SHIPPER (VMinnovations), they can'e make any changes at all to the delivery process that might help me get it sooner.Not only that, but they neglected to tell me that I would be getting a part of my package from a different distribution center in a state closer to me. I got that item within two days but not the actual item that I ordered. I also spent $600 on this specific item, more than half of what other retailers were charging for them item before they sold out.

Jun 05,2020I ordered a Tesla 30 pool vacuum two weeks ago. VM Express sent the wrong vacuum-one that was $100 cheaper and which is too short for my needs. When I asked for a refund-or to have a new vacuum sent, the company informed me that I should pay to have the wrong item shipped back-which would cost me $80. For their mistake. There has been no effort to make this right. It is shameful.

Jun 05,2020I am utterly at a loss for words! I cannot believe how I have been treated by this Company after giving them so much money! First strike- I ordered the Intex Purespa from VM- April 21, 2020 received April 24, 20 - up and running for 2.5 weeks and came outside to a beeping and the unit was dead- the gal told me I could get a refund if I drain it cut a piece and or deal with Intex for warranty!! Well I should have stabbed it over and over and shipped it all back cause it just sits 3 weeks and counting because Intex is a scam too.. So I gave VM one more shot and bought a 15x48 pool- it got here set up and filling- and than I realize VM did not include parts need at the outage- so now that sits! I try emailing and get one correspondence a day- “sorry warehouse is out those parts” YET VM is selling them on EBAY at total upcharge!!! Don’t try calling them it goes right to busy!!! I have NEVER been treated so horribly by a Company- the only remedy they have given me is to exchange the pool! That’s drain it, take it down, pack it up and ship a fricking pool!!! Hours and money I have poured into this!!!!!!!

Jun 04,2020I had a question about a product because I saw they’re having stock issues, especially with pools because Geesh it’s like toilet paper these days, impossible to find! People are going crazy buying them out. So, I emailed asking if it was in stock and the very next day they emailed me letting me know about my question. They were very kind and very timely!

Jun 11,2020We ordered a small kids' pool two weeks ago. It was supposed to arrive 2 days after we ordered it. Never came. First phone call to check status: The delivery carrier could not access the gate at the complex, and left without delivery. Were told it would be rectified by the next day. Four days later, no pool. Second phone call to check status: It is en-route, will be delivered by end of day. Nope. Third call: it will arrive by the end of the day. Nope. Fourth and final call: Now we were told that the we put the wrong address for delivery. We re-checked. Nope, it was the correct address. So, after taking our money and attempts to deliver it from a service that has no idea how to enter gated complexes, the company decided to LIE to us to cover their incompetence. This company goes through Walmart, fyi. So unless you want to pay for something you will never get, then be lied to, find another place to make your purchases. The "customer service" people we dealt with were completely incompentent and extremely rude over the phone. On top of that they lied to their consumer. That is sad in this day and age. One would think with the way things are right now, a company would do better to accomidate their customers, and actually do their job. Sadly that is not the case. DO NOT ORDER FROM VM EXPRESS!!!
