Jun 01,2020This company makes promises of delivery within 2 days after shipment- but then never ships! So, of course, their 2 days is "valid" because they never ship! Email returns take 72+ hours and then they try to blame it on FedEx. We understand the COVID delay- but this is just ridiculous. We won't be ordering from them again- finally got a refund issued.

Jun 01,2020They are bad at helping. I ordered a pool which was about 700 dollars! Says it has been shipped and never gave me a tracking number! I tried to call their number multiple times and left many emails. Now i feel very sketchy from ordering from this website Please reach back out to me I keep trying to leave emails for days and never got a response Just hoping i get my order or I will report this. Just was curious about no tracking number and now i seen all these bad reviews im feeling skeptical. bad service no help!

May 28,2020Spent almost $2000 on a pool only to open all the boxes to see there is no liner. Called and emailed the company and told the one I bought came with no liner. How the heck do you sell an item without one of the most vital items needed to actually fill the pool. This is ridiculous.

May 25,2020If I could this bunch would get NO STARS..lured by their reasonable Amazon pricing I ordered a 13 qt Engle ice/dry box..it came to my UPS box..but with someone else's name. UPS refused to give it to me & the person whose name was one the container refused to check & see if it was what he had ordered...weird. A very rude & defensive individual. He, most likely, has my Engle box..and I have nothing. I am still waiting for a response to my many emails to VM..and I will pursue this through Amazon as well. Sometimes cheaper is definitely NOT better. I am out $45...thankfully it wasn't something more valuable, the result would have been the same.

May 23,2020I ordered a trampoline and it was out of stock. They were fast to take my money and no refund yet although they said 1 to 2 business days for payment to be refunded. so $630 dollars for my daughter's bday gift and no refund so no bday gift. Don't ever trust this company. They don't even know what's in stock and not in stock when u order. It will say in stock and will not be. Horrible service thanks for nothing vminnovations

May 20,2020We bought a pool. 2 hours after purchase we cancelled our order. We cancelled due to all the scamming and fraudlent activity they are doing. They gave not refunded our money we refused this item over 18 times. We have left over 18 emails abd called over 50 times. No one will pick up the call. They will send items in three shipment on purpose. The items that came with no signature required. This is a major scam you shouls always sign for a large package. The product is majorly damaged. We demand our refund. This company like to scam people.

May 19,2020I bought a Marcy gym Smith on 7th May 2020. It comes in 3 boxes. They took all money but sent only 1 box out of 3. Now I am running around between VMInnovations and the Shipper. VMInnovations doesn't pick up calls. So far I have been able to connect only once. Very bad customer service.

May 14,2020Check out the reviews here and elsewhere. They excuse shady behavior with "their policies". Apparently their policies supercede fairness and YOUR money. They have increased the price of above ground pools almost 400% in the past 6 weeks and claim "it's done automatically and there's nothing they can do". Imagine that. A system that FORCES price gouging on their customers. I wouldn't buy a $1 item from them. Neither should you. Update: My state's attorney general did not agree that they were following all price gouging laws and they have since stopped selling the pool.

Not only are they false advertising on their website stating that they are available 24/7 by phone or email which is clearly not the case but I ordered a radio from them before I read the reviews stupid me the radio doesn't work I've tried and tried and tried to get in touch with them so my only option now is to dispute the charge with my bank.

May 07,2020Bought some elbow and knee pads from them on eBay, because they guaranteed two day shipping. Received a shipping confirmation within a couple hours. Tracking number said "tracking number provided" on April 20. As of today, May 6, it still says the same thing. They claimed to have refunded my money on April 25, but it hasn't shown up in my PayPal account. I have a dispute open. Their customer service number is always busy. Always. These guys are scammers. Edit after they replied: I received tracking info on April 20, item was supposed to arrive April 22. It is now May 28 and the tracking info hasn’t changed from “tracking info provided”, nor has the item been delivered. I asked for a refund on April 25 and they said it was processed. I paid with PayPal. PayPal refunds are always fast and easy. I never got refunded. On May 6 I started a dispute through PayPal. They contacted the seller. On May 23 PayPal refunded my money because the seller never responded to them. As I said, these guys are scammers. Every message they send has a new name on it. I looked up their address on Google Street View and it looks sketchy as hell. Don’t buy from these scammers.

May 06,2020I ordered a pool, got notice it was shipped out Friday. Sunday I receive an email saying they are refunding my money back. I ordered the pool April 25th. I went to reorder only to see they upped the price by 1100.00!!!

May 05,2020I ordered a 2 pack of VP Racing Fuel jugs with 14” hoses. The jugs came but no hoses in the box. I have tried for 3 days to contact someone at VM Innovations and no one will email me back and the phone rings one time then dial tone. Be careful on purchasing from this company!

All items are from VMI... coincidence? Don't think so... the price is ridiculously high compared to the price from other stores which are all sold out . It's all about making money and take advantage of the people. #shame

Apr 29,2020Getting the BBB after them! This is a fraudulent company! Also deals under the name VMExpress and others. Here's there deal, they say they have an item, they take your money for the item. They NEVER ship it. They get to claim it was lost in shipping so that Amazon will refund your money. For me, they said they shipped the item on 6 Apr, NO, that's when I ordered it and they printed a label. They told me it would be delivered on 20 Apr. On 21 Apr, I contacted them for a replacement. They offered a refund because the item was now out of stock. AGAIN, this was on Apr 21. I look on Amazon to see if anyone else was selling this item, no one but them....for $40-$50 more! So I ask them to send that replacement item back. They said that they issued my refund on 14 Apr and to take it up with Amazon. Soooo, one week before the expected delivery date, you refunded me? With NO order number to tie it to me??? I did contact Amazon (who were fantastic) and they looked and there is no record of them writing to me. That is because they use fraudulent images on their emails to look like they are coming from Amazon. UNREAL I really wanted this potting bench and they are the only ones on the web "selling" them. All under there BS companies: VMInnovations, VMExpress and any other one they make up after they get shut down. I'm livid that they've done this to me and so many other people. But as they know, who does researching on the 3rd party companies they're buying from through Amazon? These crooks KNOW Amazon will stand behind their customers and all the while, the VMbrigade will ride off with your money! *EDIT - today, the item is now $116 higher than when I bought it! From $199 to $315!!!

Apr 21,2020I ordered by mistake a chemical pool testing kit. I had it sitting in my Amazon cart. By mistake when i went to order a gift, i did not realize the people I bought a gift for were also going to get this pool testing kit i had in my cart. I immediately realized the mistake and (on Amazon) i went to cancel the order .. again, this is about 1 minute later - i tried to send a message to them, but it said, sorry, it was already shipped! really? I have been going back and forth with them all day today with no resolution. The people that i mistakenly sent the gift to do not drive and no way to get out to return something. They are liars. NO way, 1 or 2 minutes later the package was loaded onto a truck and to late to stop it. I still don't know how to return it. because it is not sold or shipped by Amazon, Amazon will not be picking it up. Amazon is no longer calling customers like they used to. What the heck! they are doing all the business and they have cut people down? These people can work from home. I would never recommend VMinnovations. my opinion they are liars.

Jun 01,2020DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE THING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!! I ordered a pool pump through VM Innovations through Target’s website a week ago and was supposed to receive the item with two day shipping. The item still has not shipped and the listing has been pulled entirely from Target’s website. It’s as if they never even existed as a 3rd party seller through Target. I cannot get in touch with ANYONE to help me! I am being directed to get in touch with VM Innovations directly but have no way to! This is the most unethical business I have ever made the mistake of purchasing from!! This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behavior to take money from customers and then not deliver the product nor provide a way for their customers to get in touch with them, especially during a pandemic! I want to know the status of my order or a full refund! For the love of god can someone from this company assist me considering I am unable to get in touch with you?
