DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ordered my product, when it arrived was missing parts and smaller than expected. 15 year old can't get his hands under the bar. getting charged return shipping after they offer "free shipping, free returns" on their advertisement. WISH i had done better research before ordering. *** edit. It is missing PARTS!!!! It is UNUSABLE. not sure why this doesn’t qualify for the FREE RETURNS you falsely advertised. I repeat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS.

These guys are price gougers. They canceled my order citing a "pricing error" while selling the same item for double the price. Stay away from these crooks and don't give them a dollar of your hard earned money. We need to drive these greedy businesses out of business for the greater good.

Placed order on target website for order with this third party vendor. Received verification that my order had shipped then subsequently was canceled due to a “simple pricing error” per vm. Although the item was in stock it is now (24 hours later) back on targets website for more than twice its previous listing. Would not recommend shopping this vendor!!

I returned your item from Amazon. You incorrectly sent me the wrong product consisting of one ORB closet rod and one chrome even though I order a chrome two pack. You then only refunded 20.40 instead of the full amount of 31.86. You should’ve given me a complete refund especially since it is YOUR mistake, I will take this up with Amazon and register a strenuous complaint. Your poor response was restocking fees apply regardless. YOU SENT THE WRONG DAMN ITEM. THEN YOU LIED ABOUT IT TO AMAZON. Luckily Amazon takes terrible third party customer service seriously. I was able to provide evidence of the wrong products shipped along with wrong SKU numbers I received. They refunded the difference, lodged a formal complaint. Only THEN your crappy company changes its policy this one time. Too little too late. Bad reviews demonstrating your company’s incompetence and dishonesty are heading your way. Amazon noted my amazing history with them including minimal returns and takes terrible service from third party sellers seriously. I will do what I can to limit your ability to continue to do business through Amazon. Have a crappy day. EDIT: Below is the copy of the email I received from VM which shows their lie - It clearly states they charged a restocking fee because they received back the CORRECT Part numbers. I will not do business with dishonest companies or persons. FWD: Hello, We are reaching out to inform you that we have received your return and processed a refund on your order minus a 20% restocking fee. This is due to we got back the correct part numbers. Horrible return policy and unwilling to work with customers on it. Thought I was ordering from walmart.com but turned out to be through this company. Found out that it came from this company when I tried to return the product to walmart. Unfortunately when the product was ordered the return policy was not made clear. We had ordered the product in advance as a birthday present and we was outside the return window before the item was ever gifted. If smaller companies are going to sell on sites like Walmart return policies should be made more clear because I like many people assume if I order on walmart.com I can return to walmart. Otherwise I would just google what I'm wanting and find the best price not go to what I did co sider a trusted site. **Follow up to response, policy is not made clear or I would have known that one of my items was not a walmart product. Return policy should be made more clear also return policy stated on the direct website was obviously wrote to try to confuse customers as it states that after 30 days you must pay for return shipping but no refunds will be made also read that when ordering directly from the site there is a 60 day return policy. If you are looking for a company that uses loopholes to assure you cant return an item then this would be the one. Looks like most of their complaints come from poor customer service and horrible policies! I have reported the company to Walmart and they are looking into rather or not to continue supporting this company on their marketplace. I stand against companies like this and will do everything possible to assure people do not have to go through the same thing as me or the other people they have wronged! After reading the response below that's the kind of customer service they offer and its none. ***I wish there was a way to attach document proof to the reviews. After I finished posting reviews for this company I went back and took screen shots to prove how deceiving this company is, I wish I had the option to attach them to this review. Even with proof the company still tried to deny any wrong doing and refuse to take any accountability for mistakes made on their part.

Just trash customer service and based on other reviews on here, my point is proven. Waited over a month to finally find out that my order was cancelled by vmi. They called but could not leave a voicemail, how Nice of them to care. The only problem with that is I never received a call and my voicemail box is empty. Thanks for the refund, but what about the waisted time I’ve lost? Just trash, the way vmi handles their customers.

i ordered a washing machine from Walmart who does business through VMI. The delivery date was continuously put off and I finally cancelled it. They, for whatever reason, chose to ignore that request and let me know that the machine had been delivered It was not. I again told them that the order had been cancelled and it also HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. They want me to file a fradulent claim with the police/sheriff's office and with UPS who claims to have delivered it. I will file charges against VMI, if anyone. I have a copy of all our e-mails that prove I cancelled the order and all their false claims that it had been delivered. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANYONE WHO DOES BUSINESS WITH VMI!!!!!

I ordered a amp, 12" subwoofer speaker, and a 12" box and received the amp but I never got the the box or the sub woofer speaker yet and i ordered it Dec.31st and it was suppose to arrive jan. 3rd And today's date is Jan.22nd And I have NOT received a refund or a credit or my items

Placed an order for a BAKFlip bed cover that was in stock, stated order now and will ship next day and arrive 3-5 business days. Placed the order Tuesday 1-14 and expected delivery day was Monday 1-20. Great right. No. Today Friday the 17th I get an email stating we are sorry your item is out of stock and not available and we will refund your money in 1-2 days. So it took them 4 days to realize it was not in stock ? Or was it I had a coupon code getting an extra 37.00 dollars off so kill the order. Beware not a good company for trust so stay away

I do not normally write reviews but seeing so many with issues I have to question them. Even though there were questionable reviews I went ahead and made what I consider a major purchase as the price was very good. That alone concerned me but I have to say everything went perfectly with 0 issues whatsoever. This was a large freight shipment that had me even more concerned arriving damaged but the boxes (2) arrived on a pallet and brought into my garage again with 0 issues. Maybe I'm lucky or others are not or looking to hurt this company IDK but my experience was positive and I would absolutely deal with again. Especially if a similar deal was offered on an item I was interested in. I ordered a freight shipment on Saturday January 4th and it was delivered perfectly on Wednesday January the 8th with updates on order status in between. You be the judge.

DO NOT ORDER FROM VM!! I ordered 30 quart Engel bait cooler and received 7.5 quart cooler. Emailed them and they said they will not take it back. Then talked to Amazon and they said they would refund my money and might be cutting ties with this company. Clearly their mistake and won't resolve the problem. At this point, even if they tried to right their wrong,I'm done.

Ordered a giant Jenga game for a Christmas present and was informed two days after it was supposed to deliver their ‘carrier’ is running behind and they don’t know when it will ship. When I emailed them back they said sorry and to keep checking the tracking. 10’days later and still no update.

I ordered an electric Razor scooter for my son for Christmas from VM Express via Walmart marketplace. The scooter was supposed to arrive on Wednesday Dec. 18th. When it did not arrive on Wednesday I checked the tracking and found that it was never scanned by FedEx. I called the company on 12/19 and was told that it hadn't made it onto the delivery truck. The representative said she would send an alert to the warehouse to be sure it would go out the next day. I was asked to call after 12 to find out if my item had made it onto the delivery truck. I called back the next day only to be informed that the scooter still was not on the truck and the company would refund my money. Now it is Dec 20th, I have paid $180 (including tax) for a scooter that I will not be receiving and with refunds taking 1-3 business days to be received it is unlikely the money will be back in my account before Christmas.

11/29/19 - Ordered boys skates size 5-8 adjustible on ebay. A present for my son's birthday 2 weeks away. 12/5/19 - Package arrives with incorrect size (1-4). Contacted them through ebay and arrange replacement. With the understanding that it was important to have it in hand by 12/12. 12/10/2019 - Get shipping info that shows scheduled delivery on 12/12 12/12/2019 - Delivery gets rescheduled for 12/13 so my son will not have his new skates for his skating party. VM offers $5 off as compensation. 12/13/2019 - Package arrives with the same incorrect size as the first time. Called their "customer service" line and told that they mislisted the product and don't have the size I ordered and that I now need to process a return through ebay. Wish the would have told me that the first time so I could have found another for my son's birthday. Totally disappointed. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from a highly questionable company like this.

In September i ordered air mattress off Wish for 42.93 It was great but Last night it deflated 2!!!After seeing reviews i thought finally an air mattress that would be durable .and last but now i think i shouldnt have bought the dura beam plus 18inch queen size Disappointed...

STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Before you buy from this company. I bought 3 game camera's from them and they never worked. After a long process of calling and talking with them several weeks they told me to ship them back and they would take care of them. I did as asked and sent all 3 BACK. Weeks went by and I called them to get a status on them and they informed me they could not warranty them and said they would ship them back and I would have to go to Moultrie. I again waited of several weeks and many phone calls and finally a box arrived. I opened it and only 2 CAMERAS were in the box! Really....I called them again and they said they would send the other camera to me. AGAIN, waited for 2 weeks and haven't seen them. I called them today and they said they would get back to me. OH, they did and said they could NOT do anything for me. SO, they loose a camera I paid for and WILL NOT REPLACE IT> RUN WHILE YOU STILL HAVE YOUR MONEY!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

I wish I would have seen this site before ordering VM Express through Google Shopping. After placing an order I received an email next day from VM Express saying they had canceled my order with no explanation. It was only after emailing Google Shopping asking why that I found out there were “out of stock” and “had not updated their inventory”. Correct inventory is basic retail, don’t sell something you don’t have and then expect a customer to be happy with a reason of inventory not updated. I would avoid ordering from them so this does not happen to you. Go to a reputable retailer.

This company is all bait and switch. I was going to buy a baby bouncer from Walmart.com. it said it was sold and fulfilled through this company. The price online said 69.99 but when I added it to my cart the price was 89.99. (It has since been changed after I began communicating with them) They refuse to honor the advertised price. I have sent them pictures of the item with price shown. Now they dont even respond to my emails. The company's reply below is nonsense. I never expected a price match from a different day. I expected them to honor the price listed the day I was trying to purchase. Not have it change in my cart. I provided the company with a screenshot of the price on that day.
