Jul 31,2018Think twice before placing an order here. Ordered filter cartridges for an 8 foot intex pool. Website told me I needed "H" size. Were wrong filters. Cost 22.00 for a dozen. Called customer service & they said I had to pay return shipping to the tune of 18.00. When I said that was ridiculous, they offered me 5.00 for my "inconvenience ". So I'm out 17.00 and have a dozen filters I can't use. PS: I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE USING AMAZON EXCLUSIVELY IN THE FUTURE WHERE THEY PAY RETURN SHIPPING!

Jul 26,2018Ordered the Intex Spa Hot Tub, it arrived broken in more than a dozen pieces (the control tower). Merchant is so incompetent and shady they offered me $20 promo code to buy more broken junk from them instead of offering a real credit. Don't worry you scam artists, I've contested it through my credit card company.

Jul 22,2018It sounds like other people have had issues, but my experience has been very good with VM. I have ordered the individually wrapped 3" Chlorine tablets (~50 # bucket), for clarifying water in Waterfalls and Fountains, on a regular basis, for the last 3-4 years. Price is good and delivery (no charge) has been great (approx. 2-3 days). They handle this item very well.

Have been using the Intex products (two airbed and three airbed covers) for nine nights so far; the twin airbeds are holding up great with no need to add air so far. The Intext mattress covers fit perfectly and the one queen size purchased for a full size Intex airbed we already own also fits well. Very pleased with my purchase experience.

Jul 13,2018I ordered a Bushnell golf Pinseeker - full price (or maybe more) was paid - expected a new unit - was sent a "refurbished" unit with no case, instruction book, cleaner cloth, etc. I returned the unit and have received credit. Subsequently I ordered the same Pinseeker directly from Bushnell and paid a lower price than charged by VMInnovations! Sending a "refurbished" unit instead of a new unit appears to me to be fraud. Hence I gave VMInnovations one star only because there is no lower rating available.

Jul 12,2018I ordered a blk motorized scooter that came with knee pads, elbow pads, and a helmet for my daughter's 11th bday. Super excited when I saw the item would be here on time and when I missed the USPS delivery I was happy to leave work early to pick up from the facility. Here is where vminnovations dropped the ball: 1. They provided me with one tracking number, allowing me to think everything was shipping as one huge package in a box. When I arrived to USPS I received a package that contained knee pads only. 2. When I call the company they advised I have 3 tracking numbers, they are not sure which goes to what item and shipments were being made (2) by USPS and (1) by Fedex. 3. The first representative seemed annoyed, Yakira, and provided incorrect information that my Scooter, the obvious large item was attempted to be delivered by USPS today but my helmet elbow pads were left at the door of my house. I was like in Chicago, welp that's gone, but at least it is not my Scooter. She said nope. So I was willing to take a loss. I contact FEDEX and they give me the weight of my supposed delivered helmet per Yakira, imagine my surprise when it is 63 LBS. Definitely the scooter! FEDEX was surprised the company did not require signature or pik up from delivery hub w/ valid ID since the item was large and over $400 value. I called back vminnovations and their suggestion was sounds like it was stolen, the way everything was handled was unfortunate, but request my funds back from bank and REORDER with them. Are you kidding me? Huge fumble..Will not recommend and will advise social media following, family, and friends to NEVER do business with this poorly run organization that neglects to check a simple box to require a signature with delivery of costly items

Jul 11,2018I have nothing but high praise for this company. I originally ordered 2 4-packs of Intex tubes. After the first use, one lost air. I went through all of the suggestions they had originally sent in an email to check on air loss. I have bought dozens of tubes through the years, so I know a thing or two about them, but I still triple checked for holes. When I emailed, they didn't ask or hassle me about the tube, but just started processing a new one for me. Every time I emailed (even on July 4th), I had a rapid reply email that was very polite and professional. The new tube arrived within a week of my original email. I am very happy with this company and will use them for future tube purchases (great prices!). Thank you, VMInnovations

Jul 07,2018I have had nothing but good luck so far with them. I purchased a intex 3000 gph sand filter/pump, intex automatic vacuum, pool brush and a intex skimmer. Recieved the filter and vacuum the next day. Two days later recieved the brush. Waited another day for the skimmer but did not show up. I called them and somehow it did not get in the box with the brush like it was supposed to be. They made it right no questions asked. The next day I recieved my skimmer. Very polite and professional on the phone. Thanks

Jul 07,2018Be careful with VM innovations So to make a long story short I ordered a 16 x 32 pool they sent me a round pool that I believe was 24 feet in diameter I called them up and told them they sent me the wrong pool ,they asked me if I would like to buy that one i have for I believe $16 more than it was retailed for on the website I said no I’d like my 16 x 32 pool ,they didn’t have one ,then after I told them I wanted to send it back they said OK how about if we knock $150 off the one you have? ( this is how much it was going to cost to ship it back) I said no, I returned the round pool which was a lot of hassle, they refunded my money. It just all seems kind of fishy to me.

Jul 06,2018Worst company I have ever dealt with. Guaranteed 2 day delivery but that didn't happen. When I called they really didn't seem to care too much. never tried to correct the situation other than a $10 credit.problem was I paid $40 more to get it in 2 days. could have saved the $40 and got it in 3 days if I knew they couldn't deliver. Last time I will use them.

Jun 22,2018Clearly, the good reviews were written by people working at VMINNOVATIONS and not customer reviews. I recently purchased 2 chairs in AQUA and an L-shape blow up sofa. They sent 2 BLACK chairs and gave me the typical scam song and dance that the colors "VARY" from green to black....? Either it is black or aqua! Utter b.s. excuse not to correct the order. They offered a partial refund of $10 for the $60 I spent on 2 cheap looking BLACK chairs that cannot be used at all!

Jun 16,2018I ordered 1case of clarifier, only 2 Bottles were damaged I didn't have to send proof they just took my word. Company replaced with a full new case. Can't beat that .Never received that customer service with anyone else with anything damaged.

Jun 01,2018Do not buy from this company, do not buy any products they sell through Amazon or Walmart! The products are junk! Customer Service is a joke! On May 15th, 2018 I purchased a Intex 14' x 42" Prism XL Frame Square Above Ground Swimming Pool Set with Pump, from Walmart.com via VMInovations. After paying to assure the site was properly prepared for the pool and purchasing chemicals, and filling the pool with water, within days the structure on the pool failed. I haven't even had a chance to use it and it fails! I contacted VMInovations about a refund and reimbursement for my output for this inferior product, and the response was as if were a criminal rather than a rightfully upset customer. They expect me to cut a 1 foot square out of the pool to "prove" I am not going to use it, then it is up to me to pay for the disposal of their 300 Lbs of plastic rubbish, as well as eat the cost of thousands of gallons of water, etc...They palm off a clearly inferior product on the unknowing consumer, and when they get called out on it, they act like we are the one in the wrong!

Jun 01,2018These people are awful. I purchased replacement pins for my above ground pool and they sent me ones that were too small and the paperwork even indicated that it was for the smaller pools. I sent photos of the paperwork showing that those were not the pins I paid for and the two pins next to eachother(original pin & the ones they sent me which were significantly shorter) they said that those pins should work and refused a refund and when I responded that they don't they just stop responding all together.

Aug 06,2018Bought a Bushnell rangefinder that specifically said it was new. They sent me a refurbished model that had no instructions, battery, lens cleaner - nothing. When I brought this issue to them they offered me $40 - less than I could have bought a refurbished model for (and I didn’t want a refurbished model). Do not order from these guys.
