Ordered a sprinkler pump. I was told we would see it in 3 day. It was on our door step the next afternoon. Less than 24 hours. Better than the luck I have been having with Amazon lately

Horrible customer service and policy. I ordered an item from Walmart.com I thought but it was actually from VM Innovations. They used some random delivery service that I never heard of that apparently left my package outside in front of my high rise apartment building. Someone took the package I guess and VM will not refund my money and said I have to file a chargeback with my bank!!! Then had the audacity to say I can purchase the item again at a discounted price. What sense does that make. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Oh and the customer service reps are extremely condesending especially Rachel. I will never shop with them again. I wish I could give then zero stars!!!!!

I PURCHASED THE 10FT X 30" POOL AND THE FAMILY LOUNGE POOL AND BOTH RECEIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION EASY TO SET UP . SUPER FAST SHIPPING I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!! THANK YOU FOR THE PROMPT AND SPEEDY SERVICE !! I have ordered twice from this company. I should have learned the first time.!! I bought an industrial fan, and all the parts were not included. Never received them even though they said they would ship out, waited 3 months and still no items. The poorest customer service Imhave ever encountered. Second time around I ordered a rocking boat for Easter, I placed the order on March 17 th and after not being able to track the package the entire way, I contact them and they told me the shipment was cancelled. Never even sent me an email or anything!!!!!

Awful awful company!! Ordered a swimming pool for $579 got a email staring they needed me to call to update my phone number and set a date for shipping I called the next day was suppose to be delivered Tuesday the 27th I never received a phone call about delivery or anything so the company returns it and it charging me over $200 something for return fees I have called numerous times and they tell me the same thing please think twice before ordering from this company

My order was shipped with a low budget delivery service which they claimed that my package was left in front of my door. I stood home all evening waiting for package which never reached my door step. Customer service can't help until delivery service does an investigation and so on. Never will I order through this company again!!

Stay away!!!! Never received my airbed.They offered to sell me another. That is no solution. They should ship another and file a claim with FedEx. Nothing but a hassle. Why Walmart would associate with these people an approved vendor is beyond belief, I would give 0 stars I could.

Order a 16" Poulan chainsaw, "certified refurbished". Received the saw, gassed it up and it was very hard to pull start it. They told me to take it to a place 30 mins from me for repair. $22.00 to fix original issue of it not cranking. They reimbursed me $30.00. The hard to pull was a bad spark plug. Certified refurbished with a fauled plug. Wow. After picking up the saw, I started it and it kept stalling. Contacted them again, they said to send it back on their dime and they will refund me the purchase price. Now, the $30.00 that was supposed to be reimbursement for the repair is now part of the complete refund of the purchase. They now are saying they are not going to reimburse me for the repair of it not cranking. Crooks, they say they can't refund more than the cost of the saw.. So, that spark plug in that saw is mine because I paid for it but I had to return the saw with all parts. Buyer be ware. Not honest, don't believe in doing the right thing. No worries VM, you just costed yourself more than $30.00.

This company backs all of its policies, they don't cover return shipping, but that's listed clearly on their website. Their shipping is FREE and FAST and they're customer service is second to none!

I purchased Pyle 500 watt 6 x 9 speakers. They were delivered fast but after installation I found a factory defect. The center pins that hold the tweeters to the speakers are off center causing the speaker to severely distort. I contacted VMinnovations and they offered to replace the speakers . After paying $25.75 to return a $44.99 set of speakers the sent a replacement set with the very same defect. After contacting them a second time they refused to make good and now I am out $70.74 with a junk set of pyle PLG69.8 6x9" 500W 8-Way Car Audio Speakers sitting in my basement.

I received my space heater today (It's electrical)...WOW, the space heater in its original box was shipped in a plastic bag NO box. Its damaged, crashed. This is the worst customer service/care I have ever seen. Employees have: 0=pride, 0=respect, 0=concern, 0=care for customer or company.

I've got to give credit where credit is due. This company has totally impressed me. I ordered a Razor E325 scooter on Dec 20th, in the late afternoon. The website "promised" free 2-day shipping. I was highly skeptical, but placed my order, and it was indicated that I should expect the package on the 22nd. I'll be doggone if it didn't arrive in perfect condition on the 22nd! Not only was the price of the scooter better than the other places that I found it on, but it arrived in 2 days. And it was a big, heavy box. Wow.

I would never again purchase from this company. Three days from Christmas they decide to tell me the bike I was purchasing for my son was out of stock. I'm sure those associated with this company had no problem enjoying their Christmas this holiday season. I think they tend to forget that businesses such as these are based on the consumers. At least I received an email expressing their apologies for any inconvenience...what a joke!

Their shipping time is HORRIBLE. We purchased my husbands gifts on Dec15. The shipping label wasnt even made until Dec19 at 0630 and wasnt taken to USPS until Dec20 at 2119. There was no sense of urgency or customer care during the holiday season for this company which is a shame and because of their lackadaisical response to their orders by husbands birthday and Christmas gift will be arrive the day AFTER Christmas. VMI.... We wont be ordering from you guys again.

I ordered an InStep Portable Frisbee Golf Basket With 3 Discs from VMInnovations and the entire process was easy. The price on the product was exceptional - lowest on the market. The value was more than I expected for the product. The only con was that it shipped in its original box which did not contain foam or shipping wrap for protection. I was fortunate enough that there was no visible damage. The product was easy to assemble as well. Great company and easy process.

We ordered a Fisher Price Bouncetastic Castle (through Amazon) for our 18-month-old granddaughter and it was received EARLY. Unfortunately, there was quite a hole in the shipping box and this is an inflatable product. However, there didn’t appear to be a hole in the “item box” -- until we unpacked it. There was clearly a corresponding hole in the “item box”, but it had been turned upside down in the shipping box in order to conceal the hole. Bottom line, we ordered another bounce castle from another vendor. Today I girded my loins for battle with VMInnovations customer service, expecting the worst as I tried to return the first bounce house. Imagine my happy surprise when I met Matt Martin on the telephone! After providing him all the particulars and explaining the situation, he offered -- with no coercion or threats -- to simply refund our money and we were free to keep the first bounce castle, damaged or not. No argument, no repacking and paying for shipping on this heavy item, only a professional, competent, friendly young man representing a great company. We will not hesitate to order from this company again and recommend them to everyone.

This company has very poor customer service!!! After ordering a very small simple order, I received broken and scratched merchandise not once but THREE times!!! After communicating with three different representatives and making one simple request (sending my product in a box for protection throughout transit) I was sent the same product in the same flimsy white plastic bag each time! I ordered plastic tumblers. By the time they reached my home.....each time....they showed up broken, scratched or shattered. Any person with common sense would have at least wrapped the product if a box could not be provided. No! Unwrapped plastic tumblers in a plastic bag....which was torn each time...was the best service they would provide. After being told they would make sure the last order was sent in appropriate packaging.....IT WAS NOT!!!! Do yourself a favor.....DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a pool skimmer box came damaged and missing a part called right away they stated they would ship out part, never heard back, called again they stated they were still waiting to see if they had the part in the warehouse. It has been over 2 weeks and have not heard back at all.

I ordered a 20 by 48 pool & i got it delivered curb side. The delivery was superfast, i got it way before when it was to be delivered. Before deluvery i had a few questions about the pool & emailed the company within a few hoyrs they responded right back. This was my 1st time ordering i had a great experience i highly recommend then from my experience. My pool came packaged great in great shape too.
