Ordered Lifesmart spa Simplicity LS100 on Dec 23, 2018 and was delivered on Friday December 28, 2018. Easy to set up. Had to wait 24 hours for temp of water to reach 102. Great and good looking spa. Only complaint is two small for 4 adults. Loved it and jets were great. Fit so nice on patio.
Excellent customer service. They are more than fair. Ordered twice- 10 slim pars total. Someone should post more accurate sizing on the lights measurements, but that’s a hard thing.
I bought the 36" to 60" adjustable gate kit and it turned out great!! Easy to assemble and works fantastic!! Looks good too! I would highly recommend VMInnovations to everyone !!!
I have had an extremely positive experience with VMInnovations. I've actually had the opposite experience as the "bait and switch" other reviewers are talking about. Literally, the exact opposite. I shopped around for the item I needed and found that VMInnovations could provide me with the brand name I wanted at a very good price. Of course, Amazon was offering an off-brand for about the same price, but everyone was complaining about those breaking. After a few days, I headed back to vminnovations.com to make the purchase. When I navigated to the page of the product I wanted to buy, the price had gone up substantially. I was furious. I didn't want to pay that much and I didn't want to be cornered into buying crap from Amazon. I called their customer service phone number and within (I'm not kidding) 14 seconds, there was no issue and they were selling me the product for the price I originally planned to pay. Their customer service team is fantastic. I've talked to them several times. It's a group of very kind, happy people who have always done their best to keep me as a satisfied customer. I recommend this company as I always check their website first when I need something.
Uses bait & switch tactics. Got a deal during the holidays as some have reviewed here for 32 light bulbs, then I am told there are none in stock, but for their mistake, they want to give me a meager 15% discount, so I can buy the same product which is NOT even remotely close as to what I had paid for. I told them "no, and that I will wait until they get more in stock", they said NO. They also wanted me to make an account with them. The reviews on this website/business are horrible as you see, stay away and my suggestion is, if you have a bad experience, not only write a bad review, but contact the Federal Trade Commission as I did because after a certain amount of negative reports start accumulating on them, THEY WILL investigate and hopefully pull this unethical business out of business.
Frustrating to say the least. I ordered a boogie board off Walmart for a Christmas present. VMInnovations was deceitful Website showed me that it had shipped. When I finally called four days after delivery it was "out of stock".... but when I spoke to someone else it "was lost". Unbelievable and unacceptable. I would have tolerated a mistake, but the lies are infuriating. Never trust this company. When would I have known it wasnt coming? Thank God I called.
Read all these really terrible reviews and frankly, I'm confused! My package was delivered literally into my arms smack on time and looking like it came right off a store shelf in mint condition! Product was above and beyond expections as well. Extremely pleased! Got through Walmart Marketplace.
A package they supposedly shipped was shown as delivered but I never received it. They said there was nothing they could do because their shipping company supposedly had a picture of the delivered product, which they could not provide for me.
I ordered outdoor Christmas lighting and spent $179.00. I ordered them in October well in advance of Xmas. The lights were shipped and worked 1 week!! Their customer service said they will not stand behind their product now!

I would give zero stars if I could. I called about a missing package I ordered through Walmart after it was 3 days past the expected delivery date, along with 3 days past the past tracking update. I called Walmart customer service, and they agreed the package was lost, and would reach out to VM Innovations on my behalf. Later that night, I saw the tracking information updated to show the package had been loaded on to a truck at 8:41, sent out for delivery at 8:42, and delivered at 8:43. This clearly is not possible. I still don’t have a package, and VMInnovation have shrugged their shoulders. NEVER order through them again, and Walmart should be ashamed of partnering with such a fraudulent organization.
Bought an infrared ceramic heater 🤬Doesn't work. Has an E2 code. The company wanted me to take it apart and fix it. NOOOOO! I paid too much this is total crap. I will be on every social media platform until this piece of crap is picked up and money is back in my account. This was my first and last interaction with Google expresss!!! You suck by association! Total charlatans the whole lot of them.

Then three days later they matter of factly say...whoops, we don't have it. Sorry about that. But here's 15% off. Try again at our jacked up rate. It is difficult to believe everyone in the back room actually passed off on that as a proper way to proceed. You would think there would be a fleck of common sense and decency within the bunch, an understanding that occasionally it is better to sacrifice a few dollars in able to maintain good standing and a loyal customer base. Nope. Obviously not, not at this joke company. There is no chance I would ever consider them again.

Beware of the seller. Advertises products that are not in stock, or at least, not in stock at the price they're advertising. This would be bad enough, but when they let you order something, they pull the money immediately, then hold it before letting you know it's unavailable. Simply by not billing until the order has shipped would show that customers matter but instead they've set themselves up as a bait and switch company.
One of the worst companies out there trying to deceit the customers. The online store had a promotion to sell LED lights for $10.99 on black friday, they took the money, and then on monday, they just emailed me saying it was out of stock and asked me to place the order again using the 15% coupon. They price is now $60, not $10.99 originally offered.
I’d like to say I am exaggerating, but here’s the unadulterated facts. 1. They were company behind the curtain for an online Walmart purchase. 2. Quickly received but outer box in blemished, box on coffee maker is crushed but the shrink wrap was in every bump of the crush so product sent out in defective box 3. All the usual packing paraphernalia, not there. 4. No shipping receipt in box 5. Plug in and inside of 30 seconds it smells like electrical fire. 6. Owners manual says cord is supposed to be retractable. It is not operating. Conclusion. Someone bought this, returned it in damaged box with broken cord, this company shrunk wrapped it and sent it out.
I sent back 2 Kenwood 12" speakers under warranty and only received 1 back and have sent several emails to them about the 2nd one and haven't had any kind of response this company sucks and we will never order anything else from them and do not recommend anyone else doing any business with them EVER if you don't care If you are totally ignored by customer service go ahead and buy from them but I never will again. Well after I posted this I found a phone number and called them. The guy that answered was very polite and said they hadn't received any emails that I had sent through Wal-Mart and apologized for any inconvenience and that he could see that they had only shipped one speaker out and would have the other one shipped out and I should receive it sometime next week so we will see how that goes..update speaker arrived promptly and issue is resolved ..computer error ..great customer over the phone
Company is a sham they do not know customer service and the have defective merchandise.
