Even though it was not their doing, they walked me through the warranty process and told me if I was not "taken care of" to call back and they would help me! 2 thumbs up...if I only had more thumbs I would give more!!!

May 19,2018BAD BAD COMPANY Can’t believe how BAD this company is! Ordered Dyson refurbished fan. Knew that might have aesthetic blemish but it arrived with HUGE CRACKS and chunk/pieces of plastic missing. Air flow would come out if cracked section. Contacted seller immediately and NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. They offered a mere 20. off if I’d agree to keep it. What a insult and joke. Now it’s up to me to get it back to them so I can get my money back!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

And the gel machine that is in the picture is not the same that I received. The two polish that I received, the color is not the same at the picture. This is my first time shopping in this website and I am so disappointed!

May 16,2018I ordered a pool toy, I never received it. I emailed them and told them I checked with my neighbors. They suggested I checked with my neighbors, they didnt even read my email So now they have to investigate, it was only 14.99. They can keep that 15.00 but ill never order from them again.

May 16,2018I recently bought and returned a pool cleaner from these guys. It worked great in the areas it cleaned, but we have a custom pool with very odd lines. It could not have been a better experience. They are so EASY to work with and the refund was applied incredibly fast. I highly recommend them and will definitely be buying something again soon!

May 30,2018DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We ordered a pool that wasn't able to be delivered because the shipping company they provided could not get it to our house. We live in a very common residential area very close to the interstate. The driver for the shipping company told us we would have to rent a truck and meet him at a local Walmart to pick it up from him. Unbelievable! I called to have it returned (never even saw the pool because it never made it to my house) and I then had to pay for the shipping return. Reluctantly I didn't have much of a choice, so I agreed. Upon agreement, they authorized the return and I was supposed to get a refund once the pool was returned. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I never got refunded. So, I called again. They told me I'd have to wait an additional 2-3 days to reach out to the shipping company to find the tracking info. This is completely bogus. I have contacted Amazon and filed a claim for my return of nearly $800.00. We are in the now in the process of having the return dealt with through Amazon.. DO NOT BY FROM VMINNOVATIONS. They are a joke!
