Disliked: Not finding out the knowledge of his Trainees, his short temper, hard to understand, stereotyping of women and men, background dancing the whole time because his coat was on the back of his chair, lack of professionalism.

Apr 10,2025I had the pleasure of attending a training session led by Mr. Irving, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, starting with the quotes and the provision of training materials, everything was well-organized and informative. Mr. Irving was incredibly helpful throughout the course, always ready to provide additional resources and guidance when needed. The training materials were clear and thorough, and the hands-on labs were especially valuable in reinforcing the concepts. I now feel confident that I will pass thanks to the solid foundation this training has given me. I genuinely wish there was a part two to this training—it was that good! Thank you, Mr. Irving, for such an excellent and engaging learning experience.

Apr 02,2025They never mentioned dates in the schedule...First session was'highjacked' (acknowledged by sprintzeal staff) and this guy started talking all bullshit about the company.Claimed that he was old instructor and he wasnt paid for last trainrings he conducted..Then tainers were not avaialable despite ensuring me a trianer following week.. then after couple of weeks when trainer came .. he was only book reading word by word..only word he added between sentences from his mind was' because'.in 2-3 hours he claimed atleast 15 times that he has to travel internationally and then requested the session tobe ended early..I gave up on them requesed refund and they do not want to refund.

What I found valuable was the balance between theory and practical exercises was excellent. The real-world scenarios and practical has helped reinforce key concepts. Use of Whiteboard very helpful. Overall, the course was highly informative and well structured.
