Oct 05,2024I can’t fault this company. They were excellent from the start. Amazing customer service. Really friendly staff. Upfront and honest with cost. Kept us updated throughout the whole process. My elderly mother was really struggling with her stairs and wasn’t entirely convinced she needed a stairlift, until it was installed. She hasn’t looked back! She is so happy with it. Its also so neat and tidy and quiet. Well worth every penny and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Oct 04,2024Everything was excellent. Arrived on time, before service the lift was quite clanky - after was very smooth. Engineer was very pleasant and helpful. Only snag was he came a day early on Thursday 19 September rather than the date booked, Friday 20th Sept.

Oct 04,2024An accident with the chair resulted in it not working at all. They came out & said we couldn't use it (on a Saturday), I informed him my partner was stuck upstairs & he said nothing could be done till Mon & that they would contact us. No contact by 1pm so I contacted them to be told they were getting a quote together to see if the council would pay if not we had to. She said parts needed ordering so I suggested she get the ball rolling she refused as they needed to know it would be paid for! Somehow she thought we'd leave my partner upstairs for the rest of her life! When the council approved the work (Wed) she then stated they had to order the parts IF they were in stock! Could have offered to put a temporarily chair in but nothing. They are not a customer first company & when vulnerable people are your primary business, you'd think they'd have fast turnaround solutions.
