Aug 21,2024J’ai été très déçu par Stannah. Ma grand-mère a acheté un monte-escalier neuf à 7500€, avec l'accord que l'entreprise viendrait le démonter et le racheter lorsqu'il ne serait plus utile. Aujourd’hui, lorsque nous avons demandé à ce qu'ils viennent le retirer et le racheter, ils ont refusé et exigent 400€ pour l'enlèvement. De plus, ils prétendent que le monte-escalier a été acheté d'occasion, malgré une facture indiquant qu'il était neuf. Ils semblent nous prendre pour des idiots. En outre, nous payons un contrat de maintenance pour un modèle dont ils disent ne plus avoir les pièces. Pourquoi continuer à nous facturer pour une maintenance impossible à fournir ? Très déçus par leur service et leur manque de transparence

Aug 20,2024Before buying the Stannah stairlift we checked many local suppliers etc. The Stannah was by far the best quality - being quieter and more user friendly. A choice of upholstery was also unique to Stannah. After two weeks of use, we know we have made the right decision.

Aug 20,2024Everything was done as scheduled. An initial assessment and explanation of the system was carried out as planned and we were kept in touch with what was to happen. The initial electrical and carpentry work was done efficiently at the times stated as was the final installation. All the workmen were competent and pleasant and ready to answer any questions.

Aug 22,2024The maintenance visit also included moving the stairlift slightly closer to the wall because following major hip surgery I decided not to use two bannisters. The mechanic was very polite, tidy and helpful. My only very minor complaint is the slight bump in the middle of the stairs - probably due to my wrong decision on the original fitting.
