Oct 18,2024The appointment was made by them ringing me to say my 3* cover was due for payment. I booked the next Saturday for a service as "he" was in the area. Chris arrived on time, stayed about an hour working on my stairlift, then gave me some advice on how to use it to My best advantage. Nice friendly chap, remembered him from last year. He left saying nothing to pay as it was covered by my 3* cover, but I got a surprise a few days later to receive an invoice for £180+ to renew my cover! Ah well, nothing is for free nowadays!

Oct 14,2024Absolutely terrible company, I have pictures of how the engineer just threw the old stairlift he was dismantling on the front garden, his attitude was terrible, asking my dad who's had a double stroke to hurry up, so he could do a demonstration, he was asked to leave with paperwork unsigned, due to his unprofessional approach and attitude and I'm still weeks later calling stannah and being passed from person to person on hold for 20 minutes at a time, trying to get the paperwork sorted it's a joke of a company.
