Feb 06,2025Further to Stannah’s reply to my previous review. We asked Stannah for assistance in relocating our home lift. However, because of my complaint they have now sent the instructions we requested. Beware of buying a used home lift because you will not be able to have it reinstalled by the manufacturer. You may also have difficulties in getting a health and safety-certification if installed by a builder.

Feb 04,2025It was a very straightforward process to order a stairlift. James from Stannah came to see us at home, talked us throught the options, and took all the measurements. We expected to be waiting four weeks for installation: in fact, it only took just over two weeks from the order being made to the stairlift beng installed. The chaps who installed the lift were great and the job was done within two hours. We're very happy with the final outcome, it has made a very significant difference to our quality of life. Highly recommended. Not the cheapest but I think you would struggle to better the quality and service provided.
