Jan 20,2025Last week your engineer, David Handrick, called by appointment to carry out the usual annual service. I had not noticed anything amiss with the stairlift (which I probably use a dozen times a day), but Mr Handrick made several small adjustments, which I think could reasonably be described as preventative maintenance. Mr Handrick could see that I was taking an active interest in what he was doing and so he explained several features to me. Overall, a very satisfactory service.
