Jul 30,2016Kim provided me with very good advice on what to order in terms of bowl size, material, lighting system and logs. The fire bowl and logs were shipped quickly and they were received in perfect shape. The installation crew commented several times on the equality of the fire bowl, burner, lightning system, and fire logs. All of this at what I think is a fair price. I am a very pleased customer. I can not think of a way my purchase could have been handled any better.

Jun 22,2016I ordered two bags to mix together ..........black reflective and copper reflective. They are great together and are so much an enhancement for my outdoor fire table. The table came with lava rocks, which were really ordinary looking . All of my friends love the look of the fire glass. Delivery was quick so I highly recommend this product and this company.

Jun 12,2016After looking at many websites, I finally found one that met all my requirements on Starfire Direct. It came two days past the expected delivery date, but that could be due to a holiday. The delivery company called to make sure we would be home and unloaded it into our garage. Assembly was fairly easy. We had it working in about 30 minutes, and have been enjoying it almost daily since.

May 30,2016Star fire kept me up to date on my order and shipping. my fire pit was packaged well. the nice thing was it came on a wooden crate ready to be burned. Well my teenagers had fun tearing the pallet apart. I am enjoying it's look can't wait for the weather to get cooler to get more use out of it. This purchase was an alternative to a permanent fire pit structure. It was a little bit cheaper and it can be moved (with help). thank you!

May 25,2016The item was not shipped when a email stated it was . After not recieving it when it should have been here. I emailed customer service and got a responce the next day. It was then shipped. The product is just what I wanted , good quailty and It was well packaged

May 25,2016I chose various firestones to replace the lava rocks in a gas burner I had. They work very well , but you need a lot less than what is recommended. I am pleased with the product, the glass is fairly smooth and color is good.

I had a minor issue with a fire pit table and Jesse far exceeded expectations in getting the problem fixed. This makes for a WONDERFUL customer experience despite the problem. May 24,2016it was really easy to order the fire glass in the quantity that we wanted and the color. I was very happy when it arrived and it looked great just like the description. The only think I wasn't happy with was I didn't receive an email with a tracking number so I could track the shipment and ensure it arrived. But I would definitely order from them again!

Aug 18,2016I would like my firepit a whole lot more if it was actually delivered. I was never told it was lost in transit and wouldnt be delivered as scheduled so now I am waiting for it to be found and delivered. Very poor communication with the customer. I hope it is worth waiting for.
