May 23,2016Product is fine. I have had three different types of glass for outside gas fire.Last time the plastic packaging had a hole in it so there were small glass pieces and shards inside the packing box.

May 22,2016We had been looking for a fire table for awhile. This model matched our existing patio furniture well and was the right size. It was easy to assemble. We had a little trouble lighting it the first time, but customer service helped us out with instructions. Might be priced a little higher than some other models that we have seen. We are satisfied with the purchase.

May 21,2016Installed the 30" model with the fireglass. Wife loves it. No messy ashes is a real plus. The flames are "friendly" and attractive. Unfortunately, it's mostly summer weather now but expect much use when cooler weather arrives.

May 20,2016Product arrived on time, packaged well. Product was a bit smaller than expected...but overall very well made. The iron was unfinished which made it look rusted and did rust and pit quickly, so we did go ahead and finish with a high heat paint to protect and looks much better. It will last forever! Now it's perfect:)

May 18,2016I recently redid my firepit and ordered glass from Starfire. I was impressed with their website but had some questions which they quickly answered. When I got my glass they had shipped the wrong glass but were very apologetic and quickly got me the correct stuff. Good companies are ones that deal with the glitches quickly and take care of their customers. Starfire did this.
