instructions were poor. Support was not knowledgeable and only answered in an e-mail. Initinally sent the wrong part. I spent $700 with this company and expected much better customer support.

This was the first time I purchased items from Starfire Direct. They were great and assisted me in locating the patio set that I wanted and shipping was free. We had some issues with UPS but the Starfire representatives went out of their way to be sure that I was kept informed of the shipping progress. The items arrived today in great shape and exactly as pictured on the web site. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Lots of great products for anything related to fire-tables, fireplaces, fire-pits, etc..! So many choices in fact, that we ended up calling one of the reps.(Erik) for his opinion. He really helped narrow down the choices for our self-built fire-table. I gave them 4 stars vs. 5 stars because the website needs to have more search "filters" added. Apparently some stones work better with propane vs. natural gas - this was not clearly evident on the website.

Customer Service is Great! My email was answered very promptly and my questions over the phone were answered, as well. My fire pit table arrived safely and in a timely manner, all the way from California, to Maryland. The table was completely assembled, except for the propane tank, and that was an easy hook up. Not only gives off heat, but a nice ambience! I have already recommended Starfire Direct to my interested friends!
