Oct 13,2016I've built a business relationship with Starfire for the past two years, possibly three. I operate a small bbq, fire pit, fireplace, and patio heater repair business. Before I found Starfire, it was difficult to find parts, information, or whole "End Units" for my customers needs. Every since, Starfire is almost always in stock with basic repair parts, and dealing with Special orders is a Breeze. I have commercial clients, with specific needs, and the staff at Starfire is always there to assist in helping me find the correct answers. I recommend them all the time to my customers to check out their comprehensive website, it's full of knowledge, pictures, pricing, everything that you need. I would like to personally thank; Kim, Eric, Lindsey, they've been around since the start. Heather, she's new , but super friendly, professional and learning the business on the fast track. I'm lucky enough to have them literally in my backyard, so I see them about once a week. If you're close to there showroom, I encourage all to swing by and talk with them, I can guarantee that you will leave there with an abundance of knowledge about fire features, and at the least you can grab a cold NY Seltzer, they keep them in their mini fridge. Then a few months later, they helped my husband build our custom fire pit. The craftsmanship on it is beautiful and I am still getting compliments on it to this day. When we bought our second home, a few years ago, I knew without a doubt who I was going to call to update our new fireplace. The team is very friendly and has become like a family to us.
