Feb 05,2016This was my first purchase from Starfire Direct, and let me say I was very impressed! We purchased a fire table that arrived on a pallet and weighed over 200 lbs. It was packed like it was a box of antique china. It was amazing and there was not a scratch on the entire package. I researched pricing on this particular item and found no comparison with Starfire's price. It (although Starfire promoted it as a "closeout") was hundreds of dollars less than competitive offerings. 5 stars... to Starfire Direct.

Dec 25,20152nd rder from this company. Good quality for a great price. Easy to place order and gets shipped quickly. Beware of the amount if you use their calculator for lbs needed. They give you way too much,nearly double what you need. I called and spoke with someone because i questioned what I needed and it worked out fine.

With the combination of the helpful videos on You Tube, combined with the assistance I received from Customer support, the conversion process was a snap and has led to a beautiful fireplace we can enjoy for years. Dec 10,2015Eric, who I've never met, walked me through the purchase of the proper vented gas burner, taking into account the weird dimensions of the fireplace, the pro's and cons of an auto lighting system, and why the old way of using an actual match or lighter had benefits that an auto system didn't!! He was awesome.

Oct 11,2015Fire pit arrived as ordered but the glass (which I ordered together) didn't arrive until two days later. Looks great, gives off a lot of heat. The only bad thing is every drop of liquid or food leaves a mark on the surface and it gets very hot if the sun is shining on it.
