Sep 28,2015I can't wait to build my pool bar with the fire pit! I caught it on sale and the product is exactly as pictured. The shipping took a while but I am in Ohio and it came from Cali. Everything seemed to be exactly what I ordered! Great job Starfire Direct....pictures soon!

Wanted to return and reorder the other, could not find how or where to return Mailed them back to the address on the receipt, don't know if I will get a credit because 3 days later I got a return email telling me how to return them Would have been nice to know when they arrived! Instructions should be on the receipt

Sep 25,2015I bought Star Fire Direct's reflective glass for my gas firepit and I absolutely LOVE it!!! What a difference from just the lava rocks. Star Fire Direct customer service were very friendly and knowledgable. I actually ordered 4 lbs more of the glass.

Ease of online ordering, emails confirming receipt of order, email when order shipped along with thorough delivery instructions (had a question and the customer service far exceeded my expectations i.e., knowledgeable and pleasant, made sure my question was answered). Plus the item we ordered was received on time, in fact, it was delivered a few days before the anticipated delivery date and was delivered with no damage. Thank you!!

Sep 23,2015I had an old set of logs in my vented fireplace, I decided I wanted glass in it but was not sure what else I needed. I used the chat option, asked a few questions and purchased an angled pan burner and glass. I went to my home improvement store and bought fire safe paint, made it look like new and then installed my new pan and glass, it's transformed my family room and updated the look. I am so very happy with the results and the new pan and glass works perfectly and it was easy to install.

UPS sublet to an inter-line company who did not communicate or delivery as promised. Took three scheduled dates before receiving item. Truly believe that if it were not for Chris taking a personal active role, delivery would not have occurred on the third promised delivery date. Every call made to StarFire was returned promptly, and with great customer service.

Sep 11,2015I am very pleased with my dealings with StarfireDirect. I ordered some fireplace glass in multiple colors. One of the color/brand choices I made was going to put my order on hold because the quantity I wanted was not on hand. The sales team called me to explain the problem and offered a replacement/brand choice which they said was of equal quality and appearance. That sounded acceptable so I said yes. My order arrived when I had planned and the replacement color choice looked every bit as good as the one I originally ordered. All in all, I am very pleased with the overall buying experience. In fact, when I finish this report I am going to purchase some additional fire glass - I under estimated my requirements on the original order.

Oct 09,2015I ordered the Powder Blue Luster Zircon Fire Glass and it is absolutely beautiful in our new fire pit table! I ordered another 10 lb bag as our fire pit is a large one. We temporarily put in some white glass (that came with our table) in the middle and even it looks gorgeous. The ordering and delivery were without any problems. I highly recommend this product and website!!
