Jan 11,2015I ordered the burner on 1/3/15 and have not heard a word about when I will get it. I ordered it based on the gas connection as it was advertised as a better whistle free connection. I have received my fire glass from another site within 5 days of ordering. Now that I have received this email, I'm not sure I will ever get the burner unit. No I would never use this company again. I am going to have to call to find out when I will get it.

Jan 09,2015I ordered a fireburner and 20 lbs of glass on December 30 and received it on January 13. Installed easily on the 14th and had an outstanding fire of great appearance. I had some initial concerns which were professionally allayed by Lindsay, who assured me that the order was processed and in route. The routing information was confusing, but Lindsay arrange for a clarified tracking notification so I was well informed. I'd order from Starfire again. I'd encourage future customers to contact Starfire at the first hint of concern and I am confident that you will have a positive buying experience.

Jan 08,2015You basically had a bait and switch scheme. We bought a $1300 fire box but after it arrived discovered it was not usable without buying $200 of stones, a key element. False pricing since both a cover and stones had to be purchased separately and that was not disclosed. Very unhappy.

Kim let us know that the order was canceled and that our new order would be shipped in 1 - 2 business days. We really appreciated their staying in touch with us the whole time. I would DEFINITELY recommend this site!

Dec 29,2014Received second order - wrong size glass. Ordered 1/2 inch got 1/4 inch glass. Packages contained a lot of small glass debris - not very usable. Seems like the glass was smashed in the bag as part of the process or my shipment was the bottom of the barrel scrap. Very dissiaponted.

Dec 28,2014Online ordering was fast and easy, the shipping was was quick. I ordered the Lavender Diamond Nuggets, and I'm very pleased with the quality of this product. The size and color of the Nuggets is far better in person than the picture on the web site. I would order again from Starfire Direct without hesitation.

Dec 24,2014Kim Woody helped us design a custom outdoor fireplace burner and also sold us a SEE-THRU ALTERNA VENT-FREE FIREPLACE BURNER. Both have out-preformed our expectations. The flame is realistic and beautiful and the heat output incredible. Best of all, no soot. Kim was knowledgeable, helpful and most of all patient. Ours was a complicated product to design. Dec 20,2014Great experience! Website was easy to navigate. I was afraid I would not receive my order prior to Christmas. Prior to ordering, I made a quick call and was assured they order would arrive on time, so I placed the order. True to there word, California to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 5 days! Simple installation, online video was very helpful. I did all the prep work while it was in transit and had everything installed and fired up within 30 minutes of receiving the UPS shipment. Great experience!

Dec 17,2014Shipping was speedy. Product delivered was exactly what I ordered. I have not put the fire glass in my fire pit yet so I'm not sure if the calculations on the website was sufficient coverage in the table fire pit. Can't wait to try it out.
