Amanda was a great help and it was no bother that I took about an hour to decide the best mattress for us. From past purchases I know the delivery to be excellent and no trouble.

Jan 25,2025We visited the Chester store a couple of days prior, and were amazed at the quantity and quality of all the furniture there, and how friendly all the sales people were, and they were very informative with no pressure at all! We were looking for lounge furniture etc. We returned today, was met by Julie, who we had seen previously, she remembered us and was very efficient and helpful. She made the whole experience easy and effortless. Very pleased with our purchases, we will return!!!

The salesperson who dealt with us, Peter, could not have been more helpful. He provided us with useful advice and information without putting any pressure on us to buy. He was available when needed but did not hover over us whilst we made a decision. Altogether a very positive experience; I was really impressed and we left after purchasing a sofa, chair and footstool, very happy customers. Thank you

Jan 25,2025after looking at other stores we levitated back to stokers and we were so glad we did, the choice of suites was so much better and we weren't pounced on by salespeople straight away we eventually settled for a G plan suite and was helped enormously by Scott with advice and recommendations.I must admit that no matter where we look we always go back to stokers.
