Feb 04,2025We have not shopped in Stokers before. Mike made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were able to browse without any pressure to buy. Once we had chosen the suite we wanted, Mike took time to go through everything, all relevant information was explained carefully. Such as how to care for the suite, guarantees were given and explained. I would recommend Stokers and Mike.

We are glad we did as we found the perfect one at a great price too.The salesman, Martin, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into buying. The whole experience was a pleasure and we will definitely be going back there for any other furniture items.

Steve Wood who dealt with our order was excellent , friendly , knowledgable and took us through the order process so we were clear on delivery timeframes and also the furniture . This is the first time we’ve purchased from Stokers and the journey this far has been excellent thank to Steve .

Feb 02,2025The store had a very relaxed atmosphere. You were not hassled in any way and was given the time to explore yourself and then ask for help if required. The store is bright, spacious and has so much choice and if I say so maybe a little too much!! Scott Dupree was such a helpful, friendly guy and made the process so simple to helping us make a decision to going through the order process. Would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a new item of furniture. We are now very much looking forward to receiving our brand new sofa. Thanks again Scott, much appreciated. Feb 02,2025Hi I was sold a bed by Amanda in the bed section. Went in for a Harrison as that’s what we’ve always bought but left with an incredible Tempur mattress, pillows, cover and duvan. Superb advice. Love the Tempur as it keeps your spine neutral and it’s got cooling technology. Amanda knows it all. If you’re investing in a bed which is £££ I implore you to seek out Amanda. She knows her stuff..sound advice, fun and you feel very relaxed trying out all the beds.

He made sure that he was getting all the details of our order correct and explained the various options available. It was a very personal and pleasant service and we will definitely be going back to Stokers. Their furniture is very good quality and there is a wide selection.

The store was well laid out, the quality looked good, the sales staff were very knowledgeable and had the right balance between asking us if we needed help and leaving us to view/try the furniture, we got a good discount on the sale, and overall had a really pleasant experience at the store. Feb 01,2025Friendly welcome from Andy Short who was very helpful and knowledgeable but we were left to browse without pressure on our own but able to ask Andy at various times about specific suites . He provided us with leaflets of sizes and specs and we returned another day to actually make the order when happy that it was the right choice.
