During each visit, the sales staff were helpful and pleasant without being pushy. During our final visit, Andrew Short was very helpful in explaining the options available and the associated costs.

Aug 16,2024We were looking to buy sofa and chairs. Upon entry the store is lovely, bright and well set out. Jenny greeted us, she was friendly, helpful but not ‘pushy’, which we appreciated. She explained the pros and cons then left us to meander and chat, to make our decision. Jenny also introduced us to the carpet guy, Geoff, who was very helpful too.

Aug 16,2024I thought Stokers was expensive and traditional (old fashioned) and on taking a chance on looking inside, I was pleasantly surprised to find it neither. Graham Bedworth in Southport was extremely knowledgeable on the couches we were looking at, even down to knowing dimensions by heart. He was pleasant, helpful, funny and made the whole process of buying what we wanted easy and painless. I would highly recommend them.

Second visit he ordered sample of the material which arrived within a few days. Thrid visit we placed the order and everything went smoothly completed by Amanda.

Aug 14,2024We recently went to stoker's store in Chester and pleased to see plenty of choice to look at we met Julie williams who was on hand with our questions we decided on a leather suite and now we are waiting for it to be made Julie took us through the process of ordering and paying a deposit and how long we would be waiting for delivery very pleased with how it all went thanks to Julie for her help
