Feb 26,2025My wife and I visited the Stokers store on the greyhound site in Chester. We were on the hunt for a new suite. We eventually found one we liked and Pete the salesman helped us through the purchase process and I must say he was brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make the process easy

Feb 26,2025Our first time using Stokers in Chester. We were very impressed with the range of furniture to view and the layout of the store. We made two-visits (a week apart) and on, both occasions, we were seen by Mike Williams. Mike was knowledgeable, helpful without being 'pushy' and very easy to deal with. I am sure we'll be back to Stokers in the future. A mention to Scott, who we also spoke to by phone in the absence of Mike, who was also really helpful. Excellent service, Stokers. Many thanks.

Feb 26,2025The wide variety of furniture was very impressive however this did not compare to the fantastic service provided by Julie she was thoughtful helpful and informative she knew the products well. We purchased high quality sofas from a high quality salesperson. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else.

Feb 24,2025Having decided to purchase a new bed, we called in to Stokers Southport and were really happy with the choices available to us. I explained exactly what I was looking for and Carl was able to tell me which out of the very large display of beds fell in to my category. He was extremely informative and helpful throughout our buying process and has kept me updated via email of waiting/delivery times etc Would highly recommend.

Feb 23,2025We were unsure whether we could fit a wardrobe with surround (passe partout) in our room. Joe Tudor was very helpful and patient and listened to our concerns. Graham, one of the fitters actually took the time to dismantle the 'passe partout' to reassure us it could be fitted. We were very pleased with the customer services of both Joe and Graham. Nothing was too much trouble.

Feb 26,2025Thanks to Stephen Hartwell who was immensely patient with my wife and I as we looked for bedroom furniture. Stephen helped us negotiate the vast choice available in the Chester store. And guided us through the options of the Nolte furniture systems we eventually chose. We both came away having placed an order confident we where happy with our choices. Colours, finishes extras etc where all explained clearly by Stephen who obviously knew his business. Thanks again we would be very happy to use Stoker's in the future and happy to reccomend to family and friends.
