We were left alone to browse without any pressure selling but Julie was on hand to answer any questions or concerns we had and guided us through the whole ordering process with ease. Thank you

Feb 07,2025I highly recommend Stokers Furniture Company and the excellent service I recieved from salesman, Graeme Beresford at the Southport Branch.. Graeme helped me to find the best furniture for my needs at a great price much better than any of my local stores. My purchase was made online and Graeme listened to all of my requirements and I was provided with a selection of fabric samples to choose from. Graeme was patient, polite and thoughtful to what I required, with excellent correspondence throughout the process. I will certainly be recommending the company to all of my friends and family and will buy from them again in the future.

Feb 07,2025Fantastic service from stokers. We attended and got a three piece suite and bed. Service was great of both Graeme Beresford and Carl Sixsmith. Two both knowledgeable and helpful people who know their business. We’ve bought from stokers before and our couch from 10 years ago is still in fantastic condition.

Undecided about a bed settee but greeted by Graeme Beresford and after his attentive service and sound advice and remembering our budget we ordered just the one we wanted without any pressure. Wonderful experience with Graeme efficient and friendly. Thank you. Ni hesitation to return to Stokers when other furniture is needed such great choice.

Feb 07,20255 Star Service We were looking for a new bed and took a trip to Stokers in Southport. We have never shopped there before but so glad we did. There was so much choice and very competitive prices. We narrowed our choice down to three beds and was very grateful to Carl Sixsmith for his help and all the information he gave us which helped us in making a decision. We spent ages trying the beds and he didn’t rush us or push us into buying. It was our first purchase at Stokers but it won’t be our last. Thankyou Carl, and thank you to the two gentleman who helped us the previous Saturday when we called in for ideas, I don’t know their names but again both very helpful

Feb 06,2025We ordered a sofa and chair at the Chester branch the lady who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was to much trouble, she explained everything to us without us feeling pressurised to buy , and made the experience easy and straightforward , I would highly recommend Stokers we have purchased from them before and the products are always of high quality .

Andrew Short who dealt with us during our visits helped us immensely and was very patient despite us being a little indecisive.
