We were helped in store by Mike Williams who was so pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent time finding out exactly what we needed and then gave us advice which helped with our choice. A first class experience once again. Sep 11,2024We needed a replacement cushion, so went up to stokers. We spoke to Graeme Beresford, he was really helpful. We also ordered a dining room table and chairs, he checked on the system and let us know that there was a wait on the products. We was grateful that he gave us all the information we needed. He is very good at keeping us up to date on the progress of everything. We was made very welcome and appreciated the help.

She is extremely patient, very knowledgeable about the different makes/types of furniture. She doesn't pressurise you and cannot do enough to make sure the furniture I chose was right for myself and my families special needs. She communicated with me throughout the process from choosing the furniture to delivery. Outstanding service and Excellent quality of furniture

However Graham , responded to our query and gave us information as to where we might locate one ! Great after sales service .

He was very knowledgeable and happy to allow us plenty of time to try various options helping us narrow down our choice without any pressure to buy. We should have come here first rather than wasting time in the other bed stores.
