Sep 02,2024I have a 20 year old Tetrad sofa and one of the castor legs broke. I spoke to Tetrad and they said that I would need to speak to one of their authorised retailers to organise a replacement. I contacted Stokers in Ormskirk and the service that I received from start to finish was excellent. I was only placing an order for £170.00, but Roy and Tracey still provided me with a fantastic service. Nothing was too much for them and I will definitely be visiting this store again when I decide to replace my Sofa. Thanks very much Roy / Tracey, for the service provided. If you are looking for a sofa, head here, I'm sure that you won't be disappointed.

Sep 02,2024We went to Stokers first to look for sofas for our new home. We were spoiled for choice. We were approached by a member of staff called Amanda Terry. She wasn't one of those overpowering follow you around the store kind of people you get in other stores. We explained the different types of material we could have and the pros and cons. After going round all the other stores on the site we returned to Stokers not only on the very competitive pricing but the quality and information received. Only downside is the 16 week wait time but they say 'Everything good comes to those who wait!'

Nothing was too much trouble, she was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions, without pressuring us into a purchase. Tracy also looked through the current offers available at Stokers to help us get the best price.

Sep 01,2024We went to Stokers, Chester to look for a sofa and chairs. On our arrival we were greeted and welcomed by friendly staff and asked if there was anything in particular that we needed help with. Steve Wood looked after us and showed us the relevant areas of the store where the items we were interested in were. He gave us space to look at the furniture and checked in with us to see whether we needed any assistance, he was never pushy and we felt comfortable as we loked around. When we saw the furniture we liked we were able to call on him for further information and help, we then placed our order.

We went a week later what another great service. Phil Aldridge was FABULOUS, helpful and easy to order our new sofa. We have had lots of communication telling us about our order. Aug 31,2024Brilliant service from Shaun, Lance and Ben in Stokers carpet department and fitters. This was the fitters first job with Stokers and if this is the level of their workmanship and customer service they have found some good'un's. I would recommend them Stokers to anyone and I have recently worked with another big name store on carpets so have first hand knowledge on how poor carpet fitting can be.
