Aug 27,2024Walking into the shop there was no sales pressure, just a polite intro from staff (Phil Aldridge), letting us know if we needed any help to just ask him. We ended up choosing a piece of furniture and asked Phil to come over. Polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble, it made our purchase very seamless. Hopefully the delivery will be the same!

Aug 27,2024Never having visited a Stokers store before, we cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful customer experience we received from the team at the Southport branch and could not recommend them highly enough. There is no hard sell in this store, yet nothing was too much trouble if we had any questions- and we had plenty!!! We were so impressed after having gone in to buy a sofa, we ended up buying a bed as well !!! With both purchases the customer service was faultless. We dealt with both Carl Sixsmith and Graeme Beresford. Anyone visiting the store should look out for both, you won’t get a better experience !

Aug 27,2024We went to stokers chester looking for a small bed settee. Amanda was brilliant she was extremely patient when we were choosing colour and fabric. Amanda could not have been better, so much so we saw a larger version which we thought would be perfect to replace the bed settee in the summer house. Amanda could not do enough for us showing how to operate the bed settee and discussing comfort and durability.

When we came to working out details, Martin was very helpful - making calls to confirm we could have the covering we wanted on the sofa and explaining the purchase process and after-care very well.

No pushy sales tactics just complete interest in what we were looking for and open and honest advice. His knowledge of mattresses was impressive and he asked lots of questions to make sure he was guiding us in the right direction. He talked us through the process of ordering, delivery, product protection and what would happen next with an appropriate amount of humour thrown in!
