Just before Christmas we bought an ex display leather chair and a two seater sofa in flint colour at an amazing price and a few weeks ago went in and spotted a snuggler chair to match also in flint leather and at an equally great price. Both deliveries were excellent, we were kept up to date on both occasions and they arrived exactly on time. Today Glyn and Steve delivered our snuggler, they were brilliant. Polite and very friendly. The but shoe covers on their feet and were very careful. They took all the packaging away with them and we were so pleased with the whole experience. The staff in the Chester store are also very good.

Sep 23,2024We could take as long as we wanted to make our choice, felt no pressure from the sales team. The people are incredibly helpful, especially Mark who helped us choose and answered many questions about sofas and talked us through the options which would work for us. We feel very happy with our choice, and this is very much down to the support we received from Mark in the Chester branch. We were very picky and wanted it to be right for us and we spent a long time curling up in many sofas. There is a great range of sofas and furniture, and we can honestly say that we are excited to receive our new furniture.

After looking at a number of different companies, Stokers staff were by far the most helpful without being too pushy and the nicest sofas. Mike discussed all options with us and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Sep 22,2024Huge selection of quality furniture on display; so important to be able to see and try out before purchase. We were able to wander round the store looking at options in a leisurely manner without feeling we would be pounced upon before we were ready to ask questions. Andrew Short at the Chester store was most helpful. He gave us information about products we had seen without pressure and loaned us samples to take home. We were given his contact details which was refreshing and enabled us to contact him at our convenience. We placed an order for a settee and matching chairs as a result and look forward to their arrival at a time that is suitable for us.

Graham in the Southport branch was really nice to deal with, wasn’t a bit pushy and let us take our time to look around several times before we made a decision. Tracy Corns gave such good advice and pointed me in the right direction to what I was looking to buy. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, it was a pleasure to have her handle my purchase.

Sep 21,2024Bought a bed from Stokers nearly five years ago and needed new castors. Called in at Ormskirk store to ask where I could buy them from. They could have given me an address but instead they ordered them for me. That's what I call Customer Service.

We purchased our last sofa this month and the sales person was called Graeme Beresford, he was very helpful, courteous and we never felt pressured to buy. Graeme had great knowledge of all the furniture and has a happy go lucky personality which made the buying experience so easy for us.
