We were in the middle of a chain, selling a freehold whilst buying another. Connor and Lydia at Swiitch kept us up to date and guided us through the conveyancing process, answering our countless questions and pushing for other parties to get their shit together. Feb 17,2025Leanne Pearce was in charge of our case. The legal process of the sale of the house took 8 months, which was a very long process. Throughout this time, it was difficult to get updates from Swiitch. I had to follow up multiple times and didn’t feel that my interests were adequately represented. Communication was kept to an absolute minimum. At the very least, the process was finally completed in the end.

It was easier to get hold of her than it was our broker! I barely had to chase, any new information was communicated quickly and clearly.
