His speedy and thorough communication plus his empathy in dealing with some rather dense queries that I asked, did not go unnoticed. Our sale from start to finish was done in 10 weeks (it would have been sooner had it not been for the other solicitors) and I put a lot of that down to Swiitch. I would not hesitate to use them again. Once again, Adam, 5* service!

I cannot praise Ross Bird, Nadia Agyei and the team highly enough for the help, assistance, and persistence to drive the resolution of this issue. Thoroughly professional and a High level of communication, and great accessibility, which we feel is massively important when dealing with legal issues. We would not consider using any other team when purchasing a property. 6 stars.
