Aug 04,2018I ordered a knife for my son to celebrate becoming a teenager as he is in the Cadets and enjoys fieldcraft. After about 10 days and no sign of the knife I tried to email and phone the company, I did this every day for a week and got no reply or answer. The knife arrived a month after ordering. The feeling I get is that this is someone working from home and maybe they work for a few weeks and then have a few weeks off maybe go on holiday and pick up the orders when they get back. Don’t order if you need it in a hurry! I also reported them to the police online fraud dept a few days before the knife finally arrived and they told me they were powerless to do anything. So your credit card company or Paypal are the route to go down if the product doesn’t arrive.

Aug 02,2018Terrible service, ordered for a leaving present but when I contacted them to enquire about a quicker despatch time, I was told I could pay extra to have it despatched sooner but was not provided with a deadline to let them know by. When I emailed the following day to enquire about this, I did not receive a response then my order was despatched the following day. After 2 working days from despatch date, order still not arrived and I need it for a leaving present tomorrow! Now I have no leaving present - so frustrating! Communication is so poor, why do they not inform you of a deadline to let them know by so you can get it despatched on time??!! DO NOT order if you need it urgently, very slow despatch time.

Jul 02,2018Bought a present for a friend.. a Victorinox Swiss Army Knife - Tinkerer model. It was considerably cheaper on Swiss Tool's website than anywhere else online. They also offer a excellent personalisation service to add text to both the front and rear of the knife in a wide variety of fonts and sizes at a very affordable price. So I was able to get the knife, personalized front and rear and posted for less than just the knife alone anywhere else. Ordered the knife on Friday and received it on the following Monday and I live in Northern Ireland so very fast delivery. Very impressed and as a Swiss Army knife fan myself I will definitely be using these guys again.

All I can say is when it turned up I was blown away, I have seen Swiss Army knives in the past and they haven’t been up too much but this was amazing. The presentation box really sets it off, really would recommend to anyone who’s looking to buy one.
