Jun 08,2018My wife and I recently purchased several items from Swisstool. Intended as a 60th birthday gift for a close friend, we selected a "Swisschamp" knife in black, personalized in the "Elegance" font, a brown leather pouch and a gift box. We then made the "mistake" of reading some of the negative reviews on this website and began to suspect that we were about to experience another online shopping disaster. It transpired that our fears were unfounded. Now, I'm a pessimist and, as such, I'm ALWAYS cynical about the authenticity of one - off 5* reviews ( like the one I'm giving you here and now ! ) BUT I assure you that the quality of the products we received was outstanding and that they were delivered far earlier than we expected. The contents of the order were protected by thick "bubble" wrapping and arrived without flaw. The knife itself was everything it purported to be: - a finely-crafted precision tool (coated in light machine oil) and looked particularly handsome in gloss black with the personalization printed in the chosen white font. It makes a classy looking gift when paired with the snug, finely stitched brown leather pouch. The recipient of the gift was equally impressed and now .......I WANT ONE ! Please pay attention, Swisstool. You clearly have some great products in your collection and an infrastructure that gives you the ability to deliver them in an efficient manner. This review states the obvious: - Your customers, will actually promote your company for you. All you have to do is respond to their complaints and deal with them in a prompt and effective way.

May 18,2018Ordered item which was not delivered, they wouldn’t answer the phone or respond to any emails at all... ended up having to do a charge back from credit card company. This site is fraudulent!! Be aware

Mar 14,2018I'm going to do this as a totally honest review. I recently purchased a customized knife from this company. The knife arrived later that I expected, but the knife quality was good, the customization exactly what I asked for. However.... Because the order was late arriving, I tried to contact the company, by phone (number was always busy), by email (with delivery & read receipts - no response) and by web form (no response). essentially, the company was completely uncontactable. I can't honestly recommend this company with a good consience.
