Appalling Service. No response to emails phone always engaged and no sign of knife. Used in the past and fine. I understand they were closed over Christmas but this was all post new year. Having to claim back via card issuer.
I've purchased from swisstool.co.uk for many years now,and used to find them good, but following recent order I intend to look elsewhere in future. Details: I ordered a knife recently, received email confirmation of order then nothing so after 2 weeks I emailed them. There has been no reply, but three days later I received a notice of dispatch email and the knife eventually arrived the next day, so poor communication and very slow delivery.

I would have given this company ZERO stars if I could! I paid for the top of the line Swiss Army Knife a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've sent them two emails, the last one I told them I would be going on social media to tell people to avoid this company. DO NOT BUY FROM SWISSTOOL!
I ordered a personalised knife for my brother as a present the knife never turned up not did they ever reply to my many emails or multiple phone calls it cost me £36ish pounds which i was charged for and never received it back

I strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase from SwissTool. I ordered a Swiss multi-tool (Climber) and paid an extra £4.95 to have it personalised. The personalisation on the front of tool was correct, but the engraving on the back was completely incorrect - it wasn’t even in English. I took photos of the product and sent them to the SwissTool email address on the dispatch note and on the website, but received no reply. I resent my email asking for a reply, but again no response. I tried calling the company 18 times, but either the phone was engaged or no answer. I tried submitting an enquiry via the online form on the SwissTool website, but guess what...? No response. Eventually I managed to get through and SwissTool said I was return the product to them at my own cost. I explained the product was faulty - it was not what I had ordered or paid for - and they agreed to send me a pre-paid envelope. When the envelope arrived I took the item to the Post Office to get a proof of posting receipt and they explained that the postage was insufficient to get the item back to the company, so I had to pay a further £1.38! The item was returned on 28 October 2017 and I’ve heard nothing from SwissTool, nor have I been refunded. I don’t think I’ve ever come across such incompetence.

Item was great as expected but took way too long to be delivered. Was over 2 weeks between ordering and recieving which imo is not acceptable for such a small item. Have recieved large items from america and china in less time.

Feb 02,2018I have read some bad reviews on here and not wishing to detract from other peoples experiences, I have to say my experience with swisstool has been excellent. Ordered on 29th and arrived, engraved and with it's extras by 2nd (4 days from order to delivery). I opted for free delivery so nothing special. I tried the phone number a couple of times after reading some of the experiences that others say they have had - but I got an answer on the third attempt. I was a little apprehensive while waiting for delivery as I only read the reviews after I had placed my order. I can only state that my apprehension was unnecessary and they deserve the 5 star rating in my opinion.
