I e-mailed this company several times, as I had found the Huntsman knife cheaper on Amazon, and I wanted the knife engraved for my father for Christmas. According to their 'Price Match' policy they would match the Amazon price. However they never responded after several e-mails I sent, as it was nearing xmas I had to buy from Amazon in the end. Avoid!

Brilliant website and good comms as far as email confirmations go with status updates. My postroom at work misplaced the package (NOT the fault of SwissTool) but when I used the email form online to make an enquiry I didn't get a response. When I enquired by using the email address on the order confirmation I got help from a nice chap called Steve in a matter of minutes. Steve at Swiss Tool has just offered to reserve an item for me that I mentioned in passing until after Christmas (and another pay day) of course. Now exceeded expectations and I'm happy to recommend.

I ordered the products on Friday and they both arrived on Monday - this was the standard free delivery so I was very impressed! Unfortunately the light on the knife doesnt appear to be working so I have emailed Swisstool and asked for a replacement. Hopefully I wil get a response! I must say, after reading all the bad reviews I was very worried but, so far, I am very pleased

Reading here gave me serious cause for concern over Swisstool.co.uk So much so that I contacted the store owner. He was very polite and assured me that my ordered had been completed and dispatched. He gave me a recorded delivery number and assured me that my order would arrive in 3 to 5 working days. They were delivered to me on the 4th December in perfect condition. My order history: I ordered two engraved SA knives (hiker and explorer) on the 30th November. I cannot fault the service. This is not to say that the negative experience of other buyers should be ignored. A telephone number on the website would go some way to allay peoples concerns.

Ordered a swiss army knife 2 weeks ago. Have not received it. Cannot get reply from my e-mails or telephone calls. VERY BAD COMPANY. Should be removed from GOOGLE immediately before they get more money from unsuspecting people.

I have phoned every possible number for Mr Hamid - he is definitely not reachable. I have also mailed to his personal mail address [email protected] - to try and locate the products I have ordered. Unfortunately with no replies. Avoid, as I suspect he is involved with fraudulent trading

I have had the same problem with this company as most others on here. Paid the money and received nothing. After reading these posts and putting some of it to good use I have found out there are 3 companies at this address. One of which being M.T Moosavi & Co this as is stated in a post below is the owner of swisstool, this company name is found at yell.com and has a phone number 020 8696 9800. I will try this number tomorrow and let you know how I get on. Just an answer machine, will keep trying. I have contacted sagepay the secure payment site used to make payments for orders from swisstool, they have asked me to provide the company name and url for the website, an invoice number and examples of the ways I have tried contacting swisstool. They said that they take complaints about their clients very seriously and once I have supplied them with the affore mentioned they will do their upmost to contact swisstool and help me get a full refund. They also added that swisstool could end up being removed from PROTX/sagepay. I visited the Office of Fair Trading website and have put in a complaint via Consumer Direct, asking for help with a refund and that the site be shut down. Will keep you posted.

Purchased 8 knives had one response then nothing for 3 months Got onto Burton-mcall their supplier and that helped burton-mccall.co.uk Finally got a refund Did find a number for him - but he had already refunded me My advice - speak to burton -mcall and buy knives from elsewhere good luck

I ordered from Swisstool over a week ago. I have emailed them a number of times to find out when my goods will arrive with no reply. IAfter reading these reviews I checked on Google Streetview/maps to see where they are, as I am going to London soon. But at their address is a Newsagents!!! I am looking in to how to lodge a complaint with Tading Standards.

I have been to trading standards and I have sent Swiss Tool recorded letters but they never get there, I read somewhere else after placing the order 6 weeks ago that someone had gone to the address and couldn't find it :( keep us updated

Items (3 swiss army knives) were dispatched the day after ordering and received in perfect condition the day after that. Only minor niggle is that I submitted a request via the Swisstool website for the order to be cancelled so I could resubmit a modified order, however, a few hours later I received a dispatch confirmation but no reply to my query. Guess I should have got my order right in the first place. My initial fears after reading the bad reviews on this site (and others) proved completely unfounded.

I ordered a zippo lighter a month ago and still havent received it. On top of all the website doesnt have company's contact number and any emails you send them are never replied!! I havent got my item or any indication of when it's going to arrive (if at all) and the money have been taken out of my bank. This shouldnt be allowed and someone need to seriously look into that website to see if it should exist!!!!

I placed the order with SwissTool on 14th February 2009, until now I have not got anything! During this long period, I sent several emails to them asking when I can receive the knives, but unfortunately, I did not get even one single reply! I an wondering whether this company is legal, why is there no telephone contact information on the webpage? How can I get in touch with them as email is not working?

Ok I ordered a Zippo on the 25th of Feb and when it hadn't arrived by Thurs I sent them a general (polite) email asking when I could expect it - after finding out there was no phone number available on the website Then I read these reviews and got worried! But! I received a reply saying that my order had been dispatched. But this email was sent at 00.23 in the morning?! Strange! Luckily, my order arrived this morning. The funny thing is that the date and time on the dispatch note is soon after I'd sent my email! And also it was sent recorded delivery which I didn't pay for!!! Overall, I don't think I would use this website again as I think I was one of the lucky ones and actually received my order!

I placed my order with SWISSTOOL two weeks ago, paid next day delivery and still do not have my item. I have sent several emails over the past two weeks and have had no response. SWISSTOOL have taken my money from my bank account but have not sent me anything!! To me this is totally unacceptable and I urge people the steer clear.
