Apr 07,2025I recently picked up a Fieldmaster Swiss Army Knife from Swisstool, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The level of customisation on offer is genuinely impressive—being able to choose different coloured scales, add a sharpening stone, and even go for the “ultra” upgrade really made the difference. I went with the classic red because I love that timeless Swiss Army Knife look, and added the ballpoint pen and stainless steel pin, which make it feel like the perfect everyday carry for me. The knife arrived quickly, shipping was prompt and on time, and it came really well packaged. The blades were paper-sharp right out of the box, which was a great first impression. Everything felt smooth and professional from start to finish. This is my first Swiss Army Knife, and I absolutely feel I made the right choice. Swisstool offers more options than Victorinox in many cases, and it’s great knowing there’s a reliable place I can return to for accessories or replacements if needed. Great value, great service, great product. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to anyone looking for a SAK!

Dec 15,2024My son has always wanted a Swiss Army Knife, he will be 13 in December and we have a plan to start fishing in the spring. I found this great website "Swisstool", so I purchased a Knife for him and had it ingraved with his name. It came in the post in no time and it was fabulous, he's name was ingraved beautifully on both sides. Dec 13,2024Received the Swiss Army knife but could not open the various tools easily. As per the companies T&C, I contacted them within 7 days to say I wanted to return it. I’ve now completed the contact form and sent two emails but no reply so far. I can’t return the knife as I very much doubt I’ll receive a refund. I would not recommend this company, there isn’t as far as I can tell, a straight forward returns policy just complicated terms and conditions. Very poor customer service.

Dec 07,2024I was little worried after placing order and not getting confirmation, so I called the company a couple of days later and spoke to Steven who was extremely helpful, he sent the email again which went straight into my junk folder of outlook. He checked into my order which was in the process of being made and 2 days later I've received my order which is perfect. I'd recommend them happily.

Aug 17,2024Similar to another reviewer, I also ordered a penknife for a present. They took my money, emailed to confirm and then nothing. Despite me phoning and emailing, couldn't get hold of anyone. I have disputed the charge with my bank, and they are now investigating. I suggest anyone in the same position do the same, and also let Victorinox know that one of their Approved Stockists is taking money and not despatching goods.
