Aug 10,2017Its a scam, ordered about three weeks ago! Still no item, an email was sent claiming the item had been dispatched. Numerous emails and calls to the company and no response. After years of safe online purchasing it looks like ive sadly come across a rouge trader. Im trying ro recover my money through the credit card company, sadly its all i can do at this stage with the company (swisstool) ignoring me... Be warned, this company is dodgy and best avoided. Terrible behaviour.
