(Bought a Victorinox Swisschamp). I was a little worried about reviews that said 30+ days for delivery but I was impressed and plan to buy another soon, hopefully won't be disappointed.

Mar 13,2017I ordered two personalized Swiss Army knives on two separate orders a day apart - one arrived promptly and the other didn't. It seems impossible to contact the company to complain - e-mail, web-site contact form and phone-calls (just keeps ringing) - I would not recommend this company! I intend to contact trading standards and would encourage others with similar experiences to do the same.

Mar 08,2017As others have stated, I ordered a product back in Feb, got an email saying dispatched, but nothing ever arrived. It's annoying as I have ordered from them twice before and was very pleased with the product and service. As it is, my son lost his penknife and now we've "lost" the second, so we've paid twice and have nothing to show for it. I have emailed, I have phoned - no response. DO NOT USE

Mar 03,2017If you are thinking about using this swisstool company don't!!! I ordered a Swiss Climber Knife with personalisation on one side on the 19TH February 2017 along with gift box and genuine large leather pouch for belt, I received an email stating that my order was dispatched on the 24th February 2017....Total cost of my order £51.93 and should reach me in a couple of days, this was supposed to be a present for my brother who lives in South Africa and who I haven't seen for over 10 years, I am leaving for South Africa On the 9th March and to date which today is 3rd March 2017 have not received my order. After 4 emails and 9 phone calls to a number in Southampton which just ring and rings and no reply to my emails I am now going to report this company for fraud and theft. Feb 19,2017I received the wrong product, and gave up trying to contact them about it after reading the reviews on here. That there are either blindingly positive reviews giving 5 stars, or 1 star extremely negative reviews says a lot towards how crooked this company is. Some, or many, of the positive reviews are probably genuine, but I wouldn't take the risk if I were you. Actually, do what you like, I don't care
