Aug 13,2015Like all internet purchases, it is sometimes difficult to judge the excact product. I already had a similar Swiss Army knife which was showing signs of wear after many years service. The one ordered turned out to be smaller albeit the same design. I would have preferred the same size as my old one but I guess the smaller one will surfice.

The team at Swiss tools were able to advise me on my options and made the selection process easy for me. I decided on personalisation and was happy with the choice and styles of lettering available. I opted for standard delivery but was pleasantly surprised when the knife arrived the next day !! I ordered a gift box with my item and this certainly is a must for any gift item as it really does make the presentation of the gift complete. Highly recommend and fantastic service.

Aug 12,2015I FOUND THE SHOPPING AND ORDERING PROCESS FOR THIS KNIFE FANTASTICALLY EASY. THE CHOICES FOR DIFFERENT DESIGNS WERE GREAT. I'VE NEVER HAD A SWISS ARMY KNIFE BEFORE BECAUSE I NEVER LIKED THE LOOK OF THE PLAIN RED SCALES, BUT WITH THESE FULLY CUSTOMISABLE OPTIONS, I JUMPED AT THE CHANCE TO OWN ONE. I AM AN ADMIN ON A FACEBOOK PAGE AND DID A FULL REVIEW FOR THE GROUP TO SEE AS I WAS SO PLEASED WITHT THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE PRIVIDED!!! WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN!!!!!!

Definitely something you wouldn't be able to buy in a shop - there were so many gorgeous designs to choose from, and being able to include a personalised message on the knife made it really special - delivered really fast too!
